Yan was very knowledgeable about telaviv and the area. He came prepared with pictures and lots of stories and answers to questions.
It was nice to have a first hand perspective from a local. Some of the topics seemed to have a slight agenda, but Yan was respectful and passionate about his city and culture.
Yan was also very flexible and allowed us to change the start time to fit our travel schedule. Would highly recommend his walking tour to get a picture of the city, it’s roots and it’s culture.

The architecture tour was very good however the guide didn’t know history of bauhaus Even though we were touring those building types. The last part of the walk included a very long discussion of the political situation as Israel was preparing for their election. Maybe a little too much time on politics for my liking.
Otherwise it was a fun group to walk around with and explore and share stories about Israel.

Obviously, some people find architecture more interesting than others, that's why i allow time for questions.

The guide Yan was very knowledgeable, talkative and showed us all the interesting sites from modern Tel Aviv history. He gave recommendations for best ice cream, best pubs, best data service and so on for everything you asked. Also with great explanation about everything connected to Israel - religion, politics, architecture, history and actual life in Tel Aviv. Strongly recommend
