These cities are absolutely breathtaking. The view of the Mediterranean in Rosh HaNikra alone makes the tour worth it. Additionally, our tour guide Aviva was super cool, funny, and knowledgeable. It was my favorite part of my trip to Israel.

A very nice trip covers Cesaria, Aako, Rosh Hanikra, Haifa. Enjoyed seeing the ruins. Liked the trip to Rosh Hanikra. Lots of nice photos. Was disappointed that we saw Haifa from the top of the mountains, and were not allowed into Bahia Gardens. The view from the top is breathtaking.
The opertor is Ben Harim. The tour guide mentioned tips. They are well paid for the work, and begging for tips is not kool.
I went in September super hot!!!! Best time to go March April , October November

These cities are absolutely breathtaking. The view of the Mediterranean in Rosh HaNikra alone makes the tour worth it. Additionally, our tour guide Aviva was super cool, funny, and knowledgeable. It was my favorite part of my trip to Israel.

Itamar (Moses’ nephew) was the best tour guide! He provided the most personalized experience in Israel, even introducing us to his mother in Haifa. His prior combat intelligence work with the IDF enriched our understanding while we were at the Lebanon/north Israel border in Rosh HaNikra.

Great guide and overall experience was very nice! We took a number of tours from the same company and others, but this specific tour guide and the driver were the best: very professional, knowledgeable, ontime and efficient. They made us all very comfortable and welcome. We enjoyed personal and historic stories by the tour guide while travelling site to site. The guide was polite and easy (low voice) to listen to or just rest/sleep during travels. We didn't feel being (sales) pressured to buy things from a local gift shop.

Do not recommend - the places themselves are very nice, but the tour was just not good. First of all, the tour was in two languages - information you do not get when booking - so you loose time, because the guide describes everything twice. The guide was also quite rude - when one of the people complained, that she cannot hear, the guide’s answer was to complain to the company, that she does not care. We were forced into a souveneer shop - where the guide has profit from the purchase - and to a restaurant with over-priced, average quality and no choice lunch - in both cases, we had no choice but to participate, as it was “part of the tour”. Because of all the time we lost by having everything described in english and french, in souveneer shop and at the lunch, we had no time to take cable car at our last stop in Rosh Hanikra and were rushed directly to the grottes - cable car ride was part of the tour and was included - we were not refunded for this cancelled activity in any way. Definitely try a different company.

I don't remember her name, but our guide was terrible. I felt like I was a schoolgirl on a field trip with a mean history teacher. She would squabble with guests if they weren't paying attention, asking too many questions, or not standing close enough. She said to one guest, "I do what I do for the tour, so just don't worry about it". We had no free will of what gift shops we went into, but she made sure that all of us went into the one of her choice. I assume there were kickbacks. Several of us asked if we could stop for water/food. She chastised us for not bringing supplies and said that "she doesn't eat between meals". At the end of the tour, she made sure to pass around a tip envelope. Very tacky in my opinion. I have never seen another guide do this. She really made this a regretful experience.

The tour started with a pick up from a hotel nearby which was a bit late. With the big bus we were driving outside of Tel Aviv to a parking lot , 1h has passed since we got picked up. In the parking lot we then got off the bus and had to wait for another bus ( aprox 25 min waiting ). We booked the English tour. We assume, to safe costs , the combined the English speaking tour with the Spanish speaking tour so the mini van was full, the majority of the people in the bus and there was one tour guide. The tour guide would say something in Spanish then repeat in English so it was very disturbing to listen. Since we booked the English tour but didn’t get what we purchased , we were very unhappy already in the beginning of the day. We called viator and were held on the phone for 30+min. After mentioning that this was a majority Spanish speaking tour they were unwilling to refund us and take our money for the English speaking tour we booked. On the phone viator confirmed that the operator would mix the Spanish and English group, however we were not informed about that by viator. We feel betrayed and will take our money back by our bank.
The stops itself have great potential however do not do it through this agency, they will shift responsibility to others, will not inform you that what they offered ( English speaking tour) is not what consumers get, and will still try to get your money after admitting that they didn’t sell us what we thought we purchased.
