Please note that our pickup/drop-off is available from a few central hotels only. Please select the hotel closest to your address from the drop-down menu on the tour page. If you are not sure which of the listed hotels is a good fit, please choose the option “I don’t see my pickup location” and insert enter your accommodation address. After the booking is approved by the local tour operator, a confirmation email from Bein Harim will be sent to you mentioning the final pickup point closest to your address. Please read the email with the attached booking confirmation carefully to make sure you are waiting for the pickup at the correct location. What To Expect
Depart your central Tel Aviv hotel by air-conditioned coach and travel to Nazareth in the Galilee region. On route, hear tales of the city, known as the childhood home of Jesus, and its important role in the Christian faith.
On arrival, visit some of Nazareth’s key religious sites. See the Church of the Annunciation, where the Angel Gabriel is said to have spoken to the Virgin Mary, and see the Church of St Joseph, believed to stand on the site of Joseph’s carpentry workshop.
Continue through the village of Kafer Kana, identified as the site of Cana where Jesus performed the miracle of wine, and arrive at the Sea of Galilee, Israel’s biggest freshwater lake and the setting of many biblical tales.
Pass the Church of the Multiplication, the believed location of the miracle of the feeding of the 5,000, and explore Capernaum on the shores of the Sea. View the ruins of the synagogue that stood where Jesus taught and see the modern church that sits over St Peter’s house, where Jesus is believed to have stayed.
Pass through the waterfront city of Tiberias and arrive in Yardenit – a sacred baptism site on the Jordan River. Admire this idyllic spot, and if you wish, take part in a Christian baptism ceremony.
On your return, enjoy beautiful views of Mt Tabor, known to Christians as the Mount of Transfiguration, before your tour ends in Tel Aviv.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Roei Talmor our tour guide was passionate, knowledgeable and had such great enthusiasm! My mum felt unwell during the trip and Roei was very caring and took time out to make sure that my mum was ok. Thank you! The River Jordan is beautiful, me and my mum walked in it, submerging our hands, feet etc into the holy river. We visited the the City of Nazareth, the Sea of Galilee to name a few sites. What an amazing experience and memories created! I would highly recommend this tour.

Great day trip. Very comprehensive to many important Biblical sites. Our guide/driver was very knowledgeable and made sure we had enough time to take in every attraction. Just a note about the Baptism site. We were told by the site when we got there that you had to pre-arrange for a priest/reverend, etc. We were lucky to be invited into a small group that had a priest, so it worked out, but that could have went another direction. Long day, but very worth the time and effort.

Orion and Jacob were brilliant so much knowledge and such great attention to detail l, the only part that was bit lacking was the tourist souvenir place it would have been nice to go to a market. But other than that superb in every way. Micah initially was our tour guide but we seperated buses to English tour guide which was so good.

The guide was terrible. Didn’t know the history .. made comments that he was the next king … kept referring himself as God. When asked about another historic site he told us to look it up on Google. We spent 40 minutes in a souvenir shop. We stopped at gas station for snacks and then at some kibbutz with terrible food and expensive prices. Very little time spent at historical sites with wrong information presented. Took 3.5 hours to get to first location. He was inappropriate. Skip this tour.guide was Yosef Haviv

The experience was good for the transportation and quick highlights of each stop. Personally felt we spent way too much time in gift shops and not enough at the attractions.. I would also recommend bringing your own food and drinks. We did not stop for lunch or water until the very end.
Pickup for the trip was not as exactly as advertised. The pickup/drop off was not at the address suggested at booking. Please allow enough time to get where you need

PROS
It was a promot pick up at 6.40am and the guide informed us about exactly what would happen re: bus swapping, language groups etc. It was separated into English and Spanish groups. The guides were very informative throughout the day and the sights were very interesting.
CONS
The first stop was a souvenir type shop where we spent way too much time. I would much rather have that time to explore Nazareth. I don't pay for trips to spend time in shops. We didnt actually do anything for over 3 hours. The tour actually started at 9.55am, walking to Church of Annunciation.
The stop in Capernaum is interesting but not really enough to fill the time allowed, around one hour. Again, i would much rather spend that time exploring another site or even more time walking the streets of Nazareth.
Lunch is in Tiberias with no nearby restaurants and costs 90 shekels (fixed meals, fixed price). It is next to beach area, which costs 70 shekels to enter. So unless you eat the overpriced food, you just have to wait, again, to continue with the tour.
Lunch includes a choice of 1 meat (chicken, lamb kebab or fish fillet) plus salad bar, potatoes etc with water on desk.
The Jordan river stop is, well, a river with a conveyor belt of people lining up to be baptised. They seemed part of an organised baptism so if you want to do the same, its a 'self baptism' where you rent the tunic, towels etc and do it yourself. A lot of time was spent here so again, if you are not participating in a self baptism, it is a lot of time to wait and food/drink here is very expensive - 13ILS for a can of Sprite....
Overall, it was an interesting trip and the guides were very good. But the timings and itinerary are not well thought of. The prioritise commissions over customer experience.
