i'm sorry for the customer disappointment
the car was indeed switched at the last moment since the EV SUV we use in regular didnt charge to the fullest the night before and we were concerned battery will run off before arriving to Massada. the customer was updated about it before departing the tour!
it is also important to note that before the tour departed the customer asked to do the drop off at the Airport and not at the hotel as it always . the guide refused and since then the customer felt very anxious...
the camel ride was 25 min and not 10 min in temperature of 40 deg . customer even got photos from different angles and location as asked and the clear evidence is the loads of photos the customer took on their phone...
we apologize for customer inconvenience and take tool full responsibility for changing the car type at the last moment. we offered the customer partial refund and 50% credit for any tour in the future
