    The transfer service provider monitors the arrival times of all flights. Please note the following Meeting Instructions in Tel Aviv Airport; MEET YOUR DRIVER AT EXIT 23 (SECOND FLOOR) Arrivals at the airport. Once you have collected your baggage, proceed to the Arrivals Hall. Then go directly up to Level 2 (Second Floor). Meet your driver at EXIT 23... Your Driver will wait a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes after the plane touch down time. If you are experiencing a delay to come out of the customs, or not finding your driver please call our 24/7 phone line. Hotel Pickups Reservation needs to be scheduled 3,5 hours before flight departure time. Please be ready at the hotel entrance or at the street address at the time of your booking. Your Driver will wait a maximum of 20 minutes . If you cannot find your driver you should phone our 24-hour help line for further assistance. If you do not do so, the fee you have paid will be classed as a "No-Show". No refund is possible.

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

    This is a great service to use if you're needing a ride from the Tel Aviv airport. The driver contacted me via WhatsApp the day of my flight & waited for me even when my flight was a little delayed getting in. I would definitely recommend this service.

    Good Van and transfer but lost a point for difficulty to find the person. Lucky the airport had wifi to communication on WhatsApp. You were expected to go outside the place where they as you to meet. Just one instruction short of a 5 star.

    There was no advance contact from TLV transfer with name of the driver/taxi company name assigned to pick up my group. The driver of the van contacted via FaceTime audio call approximately one hour after flight landed. By that time our hotel as a courtesy arranged another van for transfer.

    Dear Samir_S, Clear instructions are provided how and where to meet the driver on the ticket you received from Viator. There is also an emergency number on it. Moreover the driver did contact you several times. He waited for your more than an hour. It is unfortunate that you claim "By that time our hotel as a courtesy arranged another van " this is untrue. It was not "By that time", in the opposit, it was prearranged reservation via the hotel, and also the other driver admitted that. When it was clear that there are 2 cars waiting for you, you have made a choice by taking the car sent from the hotel knowingly, while our driver was waiting for you there. You have even texted back to him that you are "sorry for this complication". Since on our end this was a client no show , and our driver arrived waited for the clients in timely manner, we did not have the possibility to refund. It is disappointing to receive a vindictive review for a service we have done everything correctly. With Kind Regards,

    Our so called private pick up from Tel Aviv airport was ridiculously one hr late . And then yet we had to go around the airport searching for the driver. And at the end there was never an apology for being late. For the money they charged service is not worth it.

    We had a great driver and he was professional and personal. It was so convenient to have a car waiting for us after a long flight. Not having to worry about finding a taxi or uber upon arrival was so nice. Instructions for finding the driver were perfect and made for a great arrival into Tel Aviv.

    The guy wasn’t holding up my name sign so I couldn’t find him. I had to text back and forth and they were saying they’d only wait ten more minutes even though I just got to the meeting spot and don’t even have to pick up luggage. I found him eventually but it wasn’t smooth.
