Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.
Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving ou t a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)
If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 2nd June.
There are currently restrictions on the road leading to the 5th station. In consideration of the safety of our customers and employees, we will visit at an alternate location, Oshino Hakkai instead of Mt fuji 5th station.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

A:The tour takes you to the most places by bus, but some places as Hakone Shrine, you need to take the stairs to go up. Escalator is also available.

Mt fuji day trip from Tokyo

Great tour of Mt Fuji and village, good lunch and fast return to Tokyo by bullet train. Ropeway and lake cruise as well as the dragon temple made this a pack full day excursion from Tokyo. We had a clear day with perfect views of mt Fuji. Guide Yuta was very friendly and spoke perfect English.

We had a fabulous day. Everything was streamless! The guide Blue and her driver were excellent! We were very fortunate that the weather was perfect, we even managed to have clear sightings of Mount Fuji, every aspect of this day trip ran on time and to perfection. It gave us a taste of places we would love to spend more time in. A must for first time travellers to Mount Fuji

Unfortunately we booked on a day that was raining and foggy so we didn't get to see Mt Fuji at all. Very poor visibility. However our guide Blue (Aoi) certainly didn't let this dampen our day. She went all out to make us enjoy our day. Arogato .

Mt. Fuji and Hakone day trip

We extremely disappointed and frustrated that we weren't told that Mt. Fuji had an avalanche 2 weeks ago and on this day trip we would not be taken there. Should I know that information 2 weeks prior from my trip, I would have booked a different tour. Mt. Fuji was the main reason I booked this tour. I felt the company took advantage of us by non-disclosure of simple fact.

Great tour with Mao! It’s too bad there was a landslide at Fuji and we could not go closer but visiting the Japanese village was beautiful! We got to see Cherry Blossoms which was rare for this late in April and Mt. Fuji was very clear and could be see from all angles which made for beautiful pictures! I just wish we had more time than only 40 mins there. Lunch was delicious too (authentic Japanese food) but also wish there was more time to eat; we spent most of the time standing in line to get food. Maybe for next time, be able to have two lines to get food on both sides of the table so that there is more time to eat. The tour of Hakone on the cable cars was great too! I did not fully understand the cruise part; I thought it was going to be a true Pirate Ship but it wasn’t. We did see a Pirate ship in the lake in the distance but our boat was not. It would have been cool if our boat was an actual pirate ship. But you could also take pictures of Mt. Fuji from the lake as well as pictures of the orange gates in the water. The last part of the tour was the Shrine which I thought was a good way to end the tour with some cleansing. Overall, really great tour and a lot dome in a day which is worth it!! I do recommend this tour and to go with Mao as your tour guide!! She was awesome and gave very clear instructions as well as history and knowledge of everything!!

I recommend this tour! It was one of the highlights of our trip to see Mt. Fuji, and Hakone felt like an amazing bonus. Our tour guide, Mao Mao, was super upbeat and made the experience fun and engaging. She did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend her to anyone else going on this experience.

Seeing Mt Fuji through window of the cable car ride was exciting. Day was cloudy but view was still exciting. The Oshino Hakkai 8 ponds was beautiful to see and of course getting my spring water fun. Levin our guide was excellent! He was witty and very entertaining during our ride on the bus. He was very informative about the areas we visited and made sure we were all back on the bus :) .

Disappointing trip rescued by the weather

This was an odd trip. Organisation was excellent as was the guide. But the cable car and boat trips were pointless, neither went anywhere. The day was saved ironically by the fact we couldn’t go to 5th station because of a landslide. Instead we went to a local village which wasn’t in the schedule where we had an hour break in the clouds and beautiful views of Fuji. If the weather gods hadn’t been looking favourably on us it would have been a long and frustrating day, predominantly on a bus. However, we got some stunning photos of Fuji, which we wouldn’t have got if the trip had gone to plan, so bumped up to three stars!!

Mao-san was a fantastic tour guide. She is energetic and highly knowledgeable. I really enjoyed learning a little Japanese and more about the history. The activities were well paced and she gave clear guidance throughout e.g. meeting points, how to use the Shinkansen etc.

Although we didn’t get to Mt Fuji due to avalanche warnings, we still had great views of the snow covered mountain from the local village. The cable car ride was sensational with the view of the still active volcano stunning. The short cruise in the lake and the visit to the shrine were also good. The return trip on the bullet train completed an excellent day out from Tokyo. The local guide was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful

None of the sites were impressive and everything was rushed. Did not get to be on the wooden boats as in the picture, only on a standard ferry for a brief time. Did not even get to go to Mount Fuji but were in the surrounding area. When everything is so cheap in Japan, the price is not worth it, better to go there yourself on your own pace even if you are in a taxi.
