Depending on the season and day of the week, traffic conditions may vary, and arrival time at each location may be considerably delayed.
From May 2020, it is not possible to bring large luggage whose total height, width, and length exceeds 160 cm onto non-reserved cars of the Shinkansen. If bringing large luggage, please make use of a delivery service on your own.
On the day when the annual Mt. Fuji Hill Climb is held, which is usually on a weekend in June (schedule for 2024 is yet to be determined), the Fuji Subaru Line is closed until around 14:00. The tour will proceed on this day as well. Please note that there will be changes to the itinerary order and sightseeing locations, and the Komagatake Ropeway and Lake Ashi cruise may be changed to alternative itineraries. Furthermore, please note that refunds will not be issued in this case, and customers will not be notified separately when the schedule has been determined.
Children up to 5 years old may join free of charge, but will not be provided with bus seats or lunch. If bus seats or lunch is required, please make a booking under the child rate.
When booking, please indicate the number of customers requesting vegetarian meals or Muslim-friendly meals. (Muslim-friendly Meals: A menu that does not use pork or alcohol will be provided. Please note that these are not halal certified.)
Allergy-friendly meals, gluten-free meals, etc. are not available. Customers with allergies and those that would like gluten-free meals should reserve the tour without lunch.
Please note that GPS-equipped audio guides (Chinese, Spanish, Italian, French, Thai, and Indonesian) are NOT usable on tours with departure and arrival at the Tokyo Station area. For those who prefer, please book the tour departing from Shinjuku (Tour Code: 2142TYO_F800_F820).
There will be no accompanying National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter on the Shinkansen for the return trip. Information on how to return to hotels from Tokyo Station will be provided in advance.

As this tour departs from the Tokyo Station area, it is recommended for those staying in eastern areas of central Tokyo such as Marunouchi, Ginza, Nihonbashi, Otemachi, etc. There is also a course departing from Shinjuku, so please book the tour departing from your preferred location. *Some conditions differ between tours departing from Tokyo Station area and tours departing from Shinjuku. Please check the booking screen for details.
