Overview

Go diving in two freshwater cenotes with this tour, designed specifically for certified level 1/open water divers. You and your group of up to four participants will head out to Dos Ojos, a pair of cenotes, where you'll go on two different dives with a local instructor. Expect to see all sorts of rock foundations, including stalactites, stalagmites, and limestone columns, as well as local fish.

What To Expect

Additional Info

  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 2 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Evidence of dive certification is required from all divers wishing to participate in a certified dive. These divings are only for minimum open water certified divers. Scuba divers will only be able to dive in Casa cenote with non certified divers.
  • Diving 12 hours before flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor
  • Not recommended for travelers with asthma
  • Near public transportation
  • Not recommended for travelers with back problems
  • Not recommended for pregnant travelers
  • No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
  • Most travelers can participate
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 4 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Don't miss it! Small dive company, personalized attention, and incredible views and experience! Really special to dive in a Cenote and especially then pop up in a "bat cave" after swimming underground tunnels with flashlights. All gear provided, showers at Cenote site were a plus. It was a bit tiring to carry all gear down steps from the parking area twice, but if you're in okay shape, should be fine. Our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
