- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The drivers were extremely unsafe & we almost wrecked into other vehicles at least 3 times. They couldn’t find our address to drop us off. Also abandoned one of our friends at the airport whose flight was delayed. She was a lone female & landed at night. The driver didn’t want to wait in traffic even though he had no one else to pick up & we offered to pay more for his time. Our friend had to pay $200 for a cab to Tulum.

I booked round trip transportation from Cancun airport to our Tulum hotel. They screwed it up and only have us shown as one way.

After more than one hour waiting in front of the airport our driver didn’t arrive yet, so we had to share another transfer with tourists going into the same direction.
So we would not recommend the transfer agency

We arranged airport transportation with Coming2Mexico to take us to Tulum. We prepaid.
When we Arrived at the Cancun airport we saw a rep from every company but ours. Finally found the rep after about 10 minutes. He said we would leave in 10 minutes. After waiting outside for 45 minutes the rep arranged for Adventor to take us.
I think Coming2Mexoco is a small outfit.
Better to use a larger outfit with plenty of shuttles.

Adventor was Fine. No thrills but we made it safely.

Not giving them 1 star only because they did pick up and drop me off, but wasted much of my trip trying to get a hold of someone, anyone to confirm my return pick up and time. Viator although responsive, gave me 3 different answers (end up telling me it was cancel and full at one point) and I finally received a confirmation time for pick up late the day before.

Do not Use Coming2. Use any other service besides Coming2. They are very unorganized at the airport. We waited an hour to be picked from the airport. The agent kept saying to us 15min finally after an hour we got picked up.
When we were supposed be picked up from Tulum Beach near BeTulum at 12:30pm to go back to the airport. Coming2 was no where to be found. At 1pm they were just getting onto the beach which was another 45min to our location. My group ended up taking Taxis to the airport for $390 . Coming2 is not a reliable car service. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

On arrival, we had to wait 40 min in the heat before our car arrived.
On departure, no one showed up! We had to take a taxi in the end!

Terrible. No one showed up. We paid the extra for a taxi. The representative at the airport should be more transport about locations and wait times.

Our ride did not show up! Requesting a full refund. Checked in with airport coordinator, they told us to wait 30 minutes. After 30 minutes we asked about the status after 30 minutes and they told us it was still going to another 45 minutes and we should just cancel our reservation and find another vendor. Still waiting on our $300 refund

We did not get a private car as reserved and was told we had to ride with others. Our driver was nice though.
