The driver on the way to Whistler, Harry was very knowledgeable about everything including areas and history of places on the entire ride. Good Job Bob was entertaining on the ride back to the airport. One thing that could be done better, is dropping people off at the upper bus lot a few hundred meters up the road. I had to carry 2 ski bags, 2 boot bags and 2 suit cases over 900 meters. That distance could have been cut down to 250 meters. If it was 10 years ago, no problem but being 67 made this no fun at all.

Comfortable, convenient, with very friendly service! However, there seemed to be some internal communication problem after I coordinated a change in pickup location from Whistler to Creekside and the driver did not have my name on his list.

Pick up instructions were not clear More expensive than just going through the bus company Through the bus company it would have been $80 We paid $240!!

Our flight was delayed and we missed our connection. Skylynx had no other available rides that day so we had to contact a different company. We asked if we could get a credit for the ride we missed and apply it to our next scheduled ride. Skylynx stated they could not provide a credit since we went through Viator. We contacted Viator about getting a credit and using that to pay for our return trip which was also booked through Viator. I realize there was a 24 hour cancellation policy clearly stated on the ticket but they were not willing to work with us. I will advise anyone considering using this service to think twice if they are arriving by airplane. Viator ought to place a delayed filight disclaimer when purchasing the ticket, We wound up calling Whistler Connections who were waiting on us even with a 3 hour delay.

We thought the pickup was at the Gateway Loop in Whistler. We were all set there well before 7am and bus was a no show. We had to take a taxi to the airport. Obviously we were in the wrong location. I have taken the shuttle many times and just assumed the pick up would be in the same location

First time i used this service as a transfer to whistler resort its very good service but ensure you have time build in due to the amount od down town pick ups. If you want a direct transfer ensure you book the express version of this service drivers are very good and nice to you and helpful

My ticket clearly said there was an option to be picked up at the Domestic terminal, Level 1, Bus Bay E. I requested this option when I initially got my ticket. I was there two hours before pick up time only to see the bus pass me by on another level. I would have had plenty of time to get to the other stop but chose the Domestic terminal as I thought it would have been more straight forward. I tried several times to contact someone both before & after pick up time to double check arrangements but no one answered & no one returned my calls. Luckily I was able to get on a later bus. Apparently the bus has not been stopping at the Domestic terminal for over a year. Third party arrangements not a good idea. However ‘Viator’ came up the top of the list when I first searched & I was not aware it was a third party site. I was looking for a ‘Viator’ bus not realising it was a ‘Skylinx’ one I was catching.

Very nice ride. It was dark so we couldn’t see the beautiful scenery. I only wish that we could have been dropped off at the airport by international for United Airlines. I was a very long walk with ski bags. Otherwise. Great experience!

Trip from Vancouver to Whistler was okay, the driver was going too fast for my liking but I would think that he was following the traffic and/or the speed limit / I was not familiar with that route so it could be part of it. The trip from Whistler to Vancouver was fantastic, our driver was so friendly and cheerful. I also think he was going a little slower than the driver on our way up.

I've been on my fair share of shuttle busses but I have to highlight two things of note when going through Skylynx. The cleanliness of the bus was amazing. I sat near the restroom on my ~2hr trip to and from Whistler from Vancouver, and there were no weird smells or odors - something I would normally worry about if getting stuck in the back. And the second, was the driver who picked us up at 6am in the morning from the Whistler Village. He was so cheerful and put all our (heavy) luggage into the storage areas for us. He announced every stop that we pulled up to (so helpful) and just made the whole trip so pleasant. Will definitely book with them again!
