        The directions were not well explained which had is going on circles. We were kicked out half way through and were not able to reenter the quest so we were not able to finish. We sent a request to customer service requesting a new link. We were told it was sent but we never received it. Disappointing.

I am just surprised to hear, that you are not happy with our customer service. We have been in touch the whole day about the issue with the link. And as we see in the system, you used the first link we send to you, after requesting 2 more new links, which we provided to you within minutes. Anyway, we hope you had a good time in Venice.
