We paid almost 1000 euros to spend 8 hours on the road.

We are couples over 70 years old. We came from Brazil to walk around and see places. I received a schedule for Hallstatt and Salzburg. The Fiat Van was not a comfortable car for a long trip. The driver, in a great hurry, stopped in Melk and gave us 15 minutes to see the gigantic monastery. We went to Hallstatt where he insisted that we could only stay for 2 hours, we barely had enough time for lunch. We didn't go to Salzburg, we went to two other cities without much interest and as it was raining, we chose not to stop. The driver, who said he was hired for 12 hours and was very concerned about the schedule, ended up dropping us off at the hotel at 7:00 pm. We paid almost 1000 euros to spend 8 hours on the road.

Dear Jose, we are very sorry about your review, but its very unfair. You booked the tour with Hallstatt and Alpine villages only, not Salzburg. However all our tours are fully flexible and can suit our client needs withing 12hours and clients can adjust it as they wish, so our driver offered you to drive you to Salzburg as well for a little surcharge/its more than 100kms further and about 1,5hr drive extra/ which you refused. Our driver Peter who has many great reviews on our tours took you to Melk where you did not want to spend more than 30mins and than to Hallstatt where you stayed just over 3hrs. After the tour of this town you wanted to go back to Vienna as it was raining, and also refused stopping in other places in the itinerary. Regarding the car it was Fiat Talento 2020, which is very popular for bigger groups with lots of space, so again we are very surprised about your review. Hope you had a good time in Austria at least.
