It was a great experience, the only thing was that we stayed in line to get in just to find out that we needed to go back to a ticket box line to change our vouchers for tickets

The museum was great. The prepaid entrance ticket was a bother. We needed to stand in line outside to use the e-ticket to then get a paper ticket. The staff at museum were not helpful. The rest of the visit was excellent and definitely worth seeing
Tickets were not valid so I had to join the ticketing line for scannable tickets

This ticket was supposed to be a skip-the-line ticket, but when I went to present it to the person who scan a the ticket, he informed me that he could not scan it. I then had to line up at the ticketing line to have it converted to a scannable to ticket. I waited in line for almost half an hour. The whole point was to skip the line. The same happened with my skip-the -line ticket to see the treasury of Vienna. Very disappointing …..

Such a great Art Museum and Audio tour device. One could spend days here but we only had a few hours. I saw the Carravagios that I wanted to see. Great cafe and gift shops. Leave room in your luggage.

We did not have to wait and could enter the museum as soon as we arrived. The museum building is very impressive not just outside but inside too. The picture gallery collection was very impressive. Especially liked Pieter Bruegel works and Velasquez. Liked to see a painter working to produce one of the Bruegels works

It is not worth to buy from this operator, tickets are not working directly, you have to contact information and explain things. Staff of viator was really helpful, but it would be so much easier to buy tickets at the spot
A bronze to behold

We went to see the Ephesus collection and while not large had a few of the most outstanding bronze and marble statues that we have ever seen. Definitely worth a visit.

Museums was great, but the skip the line tickets rarely worked in Vienna. Most of the venues made you wait in line to exchange the printed skip the line tickets for their own.

Il pleuvait et j'ai fait comme tout le monde, je me suis réfugié dans un musée. Ce n'était pas le bon jour, les salles étaient bondées, rendant la visite difficile. Il y a énormément de choses à voir (trop parfois). A refaire un jour où ce sera plus calme. Pas d'informations, ni de documentation en français alors que les francophones représentaient ce jour-là la majorité des visiteurs.
