Our tour guide was enjoyable and friendly, the first winery we went to was amazing, and we had a great tasting. The second winery was not worth stopping at, and the third winery we did not have a tasting, but only a glass of wine that was included with our dinner that we paid for. We would have preferred a tasting at the final place as their wine did seem to be good.

Very sorry to hear you were disappointed with the last 2 vineyards which are normally really well received.
Firstly we choose Postage stamp because it a small family owned boutique vineyard with a lovely setting topped off with a really great selection of wines so am surprised you didn't like this vineyard.
Batch your last vineyard is world renowned for its beautiful scenic views at Sunset and of course the lovely restaurant.
We did explain to all seven of you on this tour that because of the licensing laws in New Zealand we are unable to provide tastings after 5 pm .
This is the last stop on the tour at 6pm which is why we provide you with your dinner a complimentary class of wine of your choice paid for by Kiwi Connect.
We have checked with Batch and they have sent us the invoice for this tour which shows you were charged for dinner but not the wine .
If you bought additional wine to have with your dinner then you would have be charged for that.
If that is not the case please advise & ill will be more than happy to provide a refund for these 3 glasses of wine.

Our tour was fantastic! Our guide, Susan, took us by beaches and showed us local flora and fauna, including identifying bird calls. We tasted wine at 2 places with private guides. Then climbed up high on a hill to see the best view. Dinner was on our own at another winery and then she took us back to the ferry. This was our first night in NZ and even the ferry was easy to negotiate. People are very helpful and we found our way! What a great way to start our vacation in New Zealand.
