All tastings and lunch reservations are pre-booked, so no queuing, no disappointments when the vineyards are fully booked for walk-ins. Here’s the ultimate Waiheke experience, taking in the bustling villages of the western end, bush, beaches, birds and the remote eastern end of the island. Te Ara Hura is a 100km-long walking track that takes you right around Waiheke Island. This all-inclusive package is available to groups of 4-10 people, so get some friends together and spend a few days on a unique adventure. Each day you will be transported to the start point for the day and you will be picked up at the end and returned to your accommodation. Your accommodation is at the Onetangi Beach Apartments. This package includes delicious catered meals plus ferry trip from Auckland and return.

Join us for a fully inclusive 3-night, 4-day break on Waiheke Island with your friends or whanau. You choose the itinerary, and we’ll take care of the rest. Perhaps you’d like to walk parts of the Te Ara Hura round-island track. You could take in a few of our well-known theme walks such as the Double Headland Walk, Bush & Beach Walk, Vineyards & Bush Walk and Art Walk. We are also accredited to offer forest therapy walks. No matter what you choose, your professional guide will help you learn about our flora and fauna, as well as the Māori and European history of the island and the Hauraki Gulf. Te Ara Hura is a 100km-long walking track that takes you right around Waiheke Island. This amazing walk takes in everything from the bustling villages of the western end to bush, beaches, birds and the remote eastern end of the island. Our standard guided walk takes five days, in 15–25km segments. We can, however, customise this walk to shorten the segments, or to complete the walk in just four days. Please contact us if you are interested in these options. This tour is only available to private groups of 4-8 people. Get your friends together, bring your walking group and spend a few days completing a unique adventure. Each day you will be transported to the start point for the day and you will be picked up at the end and returned to your accommodation. Your guide will walk with you. A custom itinerary can be planned, with costs based on your requirements, size of group and length of stay.

Waiheke has a wide selection of vineyards, and we take you to only the best. All tours have amazing scenic views along the way so you can marvel at the stunning coastal panoramas back to Auckland city, down the Hauraki Gulf and out to the Coromandel Peninsula. We have the best relationships with Vineyards and get the best tastings spots. Our Tour Guides are fun up beat and provide good commentary about the Islands History, Maori, and European settlers.

Experience the twin headlands of Matiatia and Church Bay on Waiheke Island, walking with your private group and an expert local guide. This walk consists of two parts, with lunch in between. Sometimes we do the northern route first, and sometimes the southern. Why is that? Well, we often need to work around the tides! Northern route (approx 2 hours): We’ll walk around the Matiatia headland and past Owhanake Bay, enjoying beautiful views of the Hauraki Gulf Islands, Great Barrier Island and Coromandel Peninsula. You’ll spot sea birds, native plants and, if you’re lucky, orcas or dolphins. We’ll stop for lunch at Oneroa Village. You can eat in one of the local cafes or have a picnic on the beach with food you’ve purchased or brought with you. Southern route (approx 2 hours): We’ll walk through Pio Rehutai Reserve and around the Church Bay headland through a sculpture park and a stunning bush reserve. We’ll pass hidden coves and amazing homes, as we enjoy view of the city and sea.
