Fun Informative and Educational

We saw the nation’s capital up close. Our tour guide had a short story about each site. He was well spoken, humorous, and a possessed a positive vibe. The electric scooters were easy to handle and made the whole tour fun.

The BEST way to see DC!

This tour has to be, hands down, the BEST tour I've ever taken through Viator. The five-star reviews of previous guests were 100% accurate. Brian is a FANTASTIC host and guide--thoughtful, friendly, knowledgeable about the area and its history. The route he followed took us through the highlights of DC, which included the standard tourist spots AND ALSO the hidden gems. The SCOOTERS provided an incredibly comfortable, safe, and yet speedy way to cover so much of DC in the 4+ hours of the tour. The largerntirrs make these scooters WAY better than the conventional ones. I've never ridden a scooter before, but it didn't take long to master riding it. Brian is an excellent teacher! Brian's tour gave us a well-informed 'lay of the land' so that we could spend the next couple of days returning to and exploring in greater depth what we discovered most interesting during the tour. My highest recommendation of this tour to anyone looking for an amazing way to experience DC!

Frequent Traveler - Best Tour Ever

The Electric Scooter Day Tour with Brian, the owner of Bi-Partisan Tour Company and our guide, was by far our favorite experience during our one-week vacation in Washington DC. Brian is a consummate professional. Touring DC with him felt like visiting with an extremely knowledgeable friend in their much-loved hometown. Brian listens carefully to his guests and when my son mentioned some areas he was interested in, Brian made sure to include them on the tour. We saw all of the major monuments and we were given plenty of time to get off the scooters and walk up and see them up close. Although we saw an impressive amount of DC, the tour never felt rushed, in fact, Brian made sure to keep the day at our desired pace and even extended the time in order to fit as much as possible into the day. The modified Kickbike Scooters provided an amazing ride and were easy to maneuver. I really want to modify a Kickbike of my own now. If you are trying to choose between tour companies, I would definitely recommend Bi-Partisan Tour Company and if we had more time in DC, I would have liked to have taken the Evening Tour as well.

Brian was very knowledgeable and welcoming. The tour he provided was full of historical information and he was really patient and didn't rush at all. He's really easy going and answered all my questions. The scooters were super fun and didn't take long to get used to. Helmet was very comfortable. I love his idea of an electric scooter tour because I wanted to enjoy all the sights but not be worn out with all the walking or shuttling around on buses. We did about 11-12 miles and I saw all the monuments I wanted to see. He warned me of sharp turns and uneven pavement so I was prepared; he's a great navigator. He also took my pictures, which was pretty cool. I loved this tour and I would definitely do it again if I come back to DC.

The best tour we have ever done. Brian has fantastic local, national and international knowledge. We even learned a few things about our home country. The scooters are unique and definitely better than standard electric scooters. They make skipping through crowds and traffic effortless and fun. We will definitely book again when we return to DC.
