Secondly, as you have mentioned, you purchased a 5-Day Premium Pass, which provides access to over 12 premium attractions and 80 attractions in Cape Town that must be used on consecutive days. It is not possible for the barcode to simply disappear as it is directly linked to the pass that you purchased. We suspect that either you may have misplaced the hard copy or were not aware of the app provided by Viator.
