We pick up / drop off at your hotel, Bed & Breakfast, Guest House, Backpackers in the area of the city center of Cape Town. We can also pick you up from the area of Camps Bay / Clifton a little earlier. We can also pick up from at the Baxter theatre in Rondebosch. We will also pick up at the Crystal Towers Hotel in Century city later. Camps Bay area at about 8.10 AM. City Centre, Sea Point, area between 8.30 AM and 9.00 AM (Be ready at 8.30 AM) Baxter Theatre (Rondebosch) 9.15 AM Crystal Towers at about 9.15 AM REMEMBER IT IS A SCHEDULE TOUR WITH OTHERS. Sorry! We do not pick up in Milnerton, Lagoon Beach, Tableview or Blouberg and Albert Road in Woodstock. We also do not pick up / drop off at the airport.

The tour was a joy from beginning to end. Each of the wineries had delicious wines, and they were a good range of different styles and vibes. Will was a superb guide, and it made for a full and fantastic day.

A wonderful tour. Donovan is a passionate, knowledgeable, and engaging guide. The selection of wines are diverse, with a mix of classics and interesting new blends.
Clearly a lot of thought and care has been put in to make the tour a unique experience, much more than a basic arrive, drink, leave. Most notably the chocolate pairings which African Story devised themselves.
We particularly enjoy sweet wines and Donovan was able to add a couple of extra glasses for us which were all delicious!

The African Story Wine Tours was one of the best experiences of our lives! Our tour guide Bruce was amazing and his passion for wines is admirable. Each vineyard was aesthetically beautiful and they all had breathtaking views. We got to taste more than 15 wines of many varietals. Make sure to bring an apple for Joey the ostrich☺️.

The driver was prompt and knowledgeable, the wine tastings were not only delicious but informative about the history and background of the winery. The lunch provided hit the spot. The day was perfect ... Even the weather cooperated.

Had an incredible experience on this tour with our guide Donovan. While not yet a sommelier, Donovans knowledge of wine and the history of the vineyards and wine estates that we went to is impressive. It was a great way to see the country side and smaller towns of South Africa while enjoying some of the best wine I have ever tasted. It is a long day, but it is well worth it especially if you have Donovan as your guide. Could not recommend it more. It is worth every penny!

Great day out with Bruce touring Cape area. Stopped off at 4 different tastings. All very different. Some beautiful views. Lovely lunch and of course fabulous wines. Learned a lot about the history of the wine industry and how works today. People we met were great hosts and worked hard to ensure we had a memorable visit. Thanks to all involved.
