In Oakhurst all the hotels on Highway 41 or could meet at Visitor's Center or Denny's Restaurant. Other locations are Tenaya Lodge in Fish Camp, Pines Resort in Bass Lake and any of the hotels in Mariposa or El Portal. Additional charges for pick up in Fresno, Groveland, Madera and Merced Areas.

Glacier Point is usually closed during winter from November to April. Any of the tour highlights may be closed due to weather or construction. We will do our best to show alternative sites.
Infants from 0-1 years must be in the back seat strapped into a rear-facing car seat until they reach 20 pounds
Stroller accessible
Children between 1-8 years (or heaver than 20 pounds) must be in in the back seat (some exceptions apply) and strapped into either: - A rear-facing car seat until they reach the maximum height/weight limit for the seat - A front-facing car seat with a 5 point harness until they reach the maximum height/weight limit for the seat - A booster seat if under 4 feet 9 inches and over the height/weight limit for a car seat - A regular seat belt in the back seat if taller than 4 feet 9 inches
Service animals allowed

Parents with small children must provide car seats and/or booster seats if necessary. We do have complimentary car seats available upon request in advance. Subject to availability as it is first come first served

Jeep is a 4 door but higher vehicle with back seat little tighter and may not be appropriate for people with disability to get in tighter space if sitting in the back seat.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

A must if you come to Yosemite . One of the best travels we did . Fred was brilliant . A lovely man with huge knowledge of the areas and history . It made all the difference and added to the beautiful Yosemite natural beauty . While you may be able to see Yosemite on foot , not knowing the history denies you the real essence of Yosemite . This trip with crossroads was a high light and made us appreciate Yosemite better . The team on site too helped with advise about planning and travel afterwards . It clearly gives proof that Crossroads tours cares to improve your experience . I would very highly recommend this tour .

The bright red Jeep was comfortable and a terrific way to see everything as we drove through the valley. Uncle Danny was a wonderful guide. He hauled us all over the park with awesome tales and interesting facts.

Worth it if you need the knowledge. But it’s pricey.

You won’t find anyone as knowledgeable as Eric. My goodness what a wonderful man and human generally. We had our two toddlers and he was so patient with them. He took us absolutely everywhere. I do wish we were generally more in the know as we likely won’t have paid the price we did for this experience but in the end it was worth it just to meet Eric.

This was the perfect way to get to see all of Yosemite Valley's "highlights" without the stress of parking/driving/etc. Laura was a great guide - she knew all of the spots to visit and had lots of interesting stories and history about the park. This was definitely our splurge tour but we felt that it was well worth it.

Was a great trip with our guide Ms Laura Ullmann. She picked us early than arranged but waited for us patiently to get ready. Once our tour started, she would share with us the trip and the sights that we are visiting. Every sight we went to, she would point to us what to look out for and what to expect to see. As this is a private tour, she even catered to what we would want to see. She would look after us, making sure we would not venture off to any unknown path and as it was a hot day at Yosemite, she also came prepared with cold wet towel for us to cool off. The lunch break was enjoyable as she was able to find a nice picnic spot for us to have lunch and enjoy a very good view of the Yosemite Fall. Think overall, we see more than what the tour offered. We had great fun with Laura and were fortunate to have her as our guide. Look for Laura Ullamann if you are joining the tour.

Unfortunately they ran out of jeeps, but offered a ford expedition, which turned out to be just fine. Ron was our tour guide and he was amazing! The park was packed but we were able to see all the sights and had our own professional photographer, tour guide, chauffeur. I highly recommend this tour. You won’t regret it. Makes the whole experience of Yosemite 100 times more enjoyable!!!

We had an amazing tour with Cynthia. She made our Yosemite experience absolutely perfect. We saw tons of the key tourist spots and some that were off the beaten path as well. Totally worth the money! It was nice to give my husband a break from driving, especially in a place with no parking and a confusing park layout. Our guide Mike knew all the ins and outs of the park and tailored the day so we saw all of our must-sees - no matter how far off the path. Yes, it's expensive, but you're on vacation, right? Perfect Introduction to Yosemite

Booking this park tour is definitely the way to experience Yosemite! Our driver, Daniel, is the definition of the phrase “a wealth of knowledge”. Right from the start, he catered the tour to our personal desires. We saw Mariposa Grove, tunnel view, El Capitan, Bridal Veil Falls, Yosemite Falls, the 3 Yosemite hotels, Half Dome, and so much more! There is no way we could have seen all these sights in one day without booking this tour. Having a personal driver made it a hassle free experience. No waiting in lines, no getting lost, no white-knuckle driving around the mountains. This was a perfect experience all around!

Mike was our tour guide and he was such an awesome guy. He picked us up and hour away from the park which was great because we aren't from this area. On the ride to Yosemite he told us stories about the area and when we got to Yosemite he told us so much about the history of the park! He stopped at every historic sight area and even hiked a little with us around one of the water falls. He even baked us chocolate chip cookies! Mike, thank you so much for such an amazing tour!

Our guide, Cynthia, was incredible. She lived in the Yosemite Valley for 15 years so she sure knew her way around. Great stories she shared of the 100 year flood that she lived through as well. I highly recommend this tour that gets you close to falls where you don't need to worry about parking and the ability to get back in a warm car in February was a plus. Also a great way to get in the park if you don't were not able to secure the February registration to get in the park on the weekends.
