Overview

Take control of your own trip to Yosemite with this private day tour. Instead of squeezing into a crowded bus with strangers, you and your party will have the use of a private vehicle for the day. In Oakhurst all the hotels on Highway 41 or could meet at Visitor's Center or Denny's Restaurant. Other locations are Tenaya Lodge in Fish Camp, Pines Resort in Bass Lake and any of the hotels in Mariposa or El Portal. Additional charges for Pick up in Fresno, Madera and Merced Areas

Children between 1-8 years (or heaver than 20 pounds) must be in in the back seat (some exceptions apply) and strapped into either: - A rear-facing car seat until they reach the maximum height/weight limit for the seat - A front-facing car seat with a 5 point harness until they reach the maximum height/weight limit for the seat - A booster seat if under 4 feet 9 inches and over the height/weight limit for a car seat - A regular seat belt in the back seat if taller than 4 feet 9 inches

Glacier Point is usually closed during winter from November to April. Any of the tour highlights may be closed due to weather or construction. We will do our best to show alternative sites.

Crossroads set up a great tour with Cynthia as our guide. She picked us up from our hotel and hit all the big spots and found some off the beaten path locations as well. Money well spent so we could enjoy the views while driving up the mountain and not have to worry about parking or knowing where to go. She had wonderful historical stories and personal stories of the valley. And the lunch provided was delicious, we had a mix of the Indian vegetarian and vegetarian.

wow! we were so fortunate to have Daniel as our guide for the day! celebrating a 60th birthday there were 6 of us and from the moment Daniel picked us up to the end of the day we learned so much about california history( all of us native californians) and yosemite. We were blown away with stories and the visions of the beautiful waterfalls and different viewpoints of Half Dome and El Capitan where we were able to see climbers on the rock. it was fantastic and the highlight of our weekend. Daniel is a gem and his life experiences will be unforgettable to us and we are grateful and fortunate to have met him and had him as our guide. he is a historical treasure to the state of california.

Our guide, Julie was lovely. She took us to all the pet friendly spots in Yosemite and treated our dog with such care. She gave us alot of insider tips, and took us to the best locations for photos. Would highly recommend.

Our guide Sandy was absolutely amazing! She knew the park really well and stopped or pointed out many things I’d not seen or known from other times visiting the park. My expectation was high but Sandy & Crossroads still exceeded them. I am already planning another adventure for another friend thinking about visiting CA in the near future!

Perfect Family Yosemite Tour

Tammie (our tour guide) was awesome! We learned so much about the flora and fauna of Yosemite Park - incredible! She guided us perfectly through the main sights and we know it's only a fraction of the whole park! But as a family with three small children it was really perfect! Crossroads had also prepared a lunch bag for us and we were able to picnic at Halfdome, quai picnic with a view! It was really an indescribably beautiful tour! Even the children were very enthusiastic! Tammie had lots of ideas for fun photo motifs and could thus inspire the kids even after 6h! Great! We come again with pleasure!!

Majestic tour

With our excellent driver/guide my husband and I had a memorable tour of the majestic falls, mountains and trees that make Yosemite so special. She dropped us off within easy walking distance or actually at the exact spot to have the perfect view. Thank you Sandy for accommodating our every wish!

After 2 attempts in trying to secure a day tour at Yosemite,these guys came through.Rob our tour guide and driver was terrific the whole way.He took to every place we can possibly enter.This was the week following that snow storm 12/10 and it was a winter wonderland.See photos.I would definitely come back and use their service again. Our tour guide “Daniel” was fantastic! He had in-depth knowledge of Yosemite and it’s history. We were never rushed while seeing the sights. He interacted very very well with our granddaughters and kept them engaged and interested. Definitely a “five star” experience.
