One of Antoni Gaudí’s most intriguing creations, the spectacular Casa Milà—also known as La Pedrera (The Quarry) because of its wave-like stone exterior—caused some controversy among critics when it was first unveiled back in 1910. Today, however, it's considered a masterpiece of Catalan Modernisme, with gaggles of visitors coming to see its surreal sculptural roof terrace, the re-created early 20th-century interiors, and the attic-level Espai Gaudí exhibit, which is devoted to the great Catalan architect’s work.

Astounding!
As an architect and his wife, we were astounded by this building, work of art. The audio guide worked well in giving information about Casa Mila and Gaudi. Don’t miss the attic prior to the roof; it truly is the bones of the building. Just amazingly beautiful!

Amazing Gaudi
Loved the attic, rooftop views, and information about Gaudi. Go early to beat the crowds. Audio was easy to use.

Definitely recommend!
Jorge was an excellent and attentive tour guide! I appreciate how this tour was more private and we got to learn so much about the history about these iconic buildings. Jorge also knew how to take the best pictures for us and was super personable throughout.
