Welcome to our private and exclusive tour to discover Tuscany aboard a Fiat 500, the iconic Italian car! You will explore hidden medieval villages, where time seems to have stopped, and we will leave you free time to stroll through the cobbled streets and discover authentic local traditions. The tour begins with the reservation of your vintage Fiat 500, an iconic Italian car, which will make you feel like protagonists of a period film as you travel through the evocative Tuscan landscapes. You will make a stop in a historic cellar, where you can taste some of the best Tuscan wines produced in the region. After the tasting, you will continue to San Gimignano, a charming medieval village famous for its well-preserved medieval towers. You can walk through the cobbled streets and admire the historic architecture of this unique place in the world.

We will cross a typical Chianti landscape between vineyards and olive groves until we reach the Agliena stream. During the journey along the stream we will be able to admire the 27 'Briglie', that is the medieval hydraulic engineering structures built for the regulation and collection of the waters of the stream, which supplied the ancient city of Semifonte with water, destroyed by the Florentines in 1202 The bridle was used until the 18th century, but then abandoned. Only the restoration of the last few years has allowed its restoration and conservation. A detailed map of these 'bridles' can be found in Leonardo da Vinci's Codex Leicester in the paper “Methods for avoiding erosion of river banks” demonstrating that the “universal genius” had carefully studied these hydraulic structures. A painting of the Agliena valley attributed to Leonardo da Vinci is now in the British Museum in London.

The cooking school offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in the art of creating homemade pasta, combining simple ingredients such as flour and eggs to create a perfect base for tagliolini. After creating the fresh pasta, the time comes to enrich it with the freshly hunted truffle. The truffle can be cut into thin slices and added to tagliolini, or it can be used to prepare a truffle sauce, mixing its aroma with the pasta.
