The Burj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world, soaring 2,717 feet (828 meters) high with more than 160 stepped floors that narrow as it climbs syringe-like to the sky. Designed to pay homage to the complex geometry of Islamic art, the Burj Khalifa brings a new meaning to the term skyscraper and is a highlight of the massive downtown Dubai complex.

The burj khalifa is the most iconic building for me in Dubai. This is the second time I’ve visited and it doesn’t disappoint the views are tremendous. I don’t like heights which is bizarre but it didn’t bother me going up to the 124th floor. The trip also included lunch at the Burj Club on the 5th floor which was excellent too
The view from the top of the Burj Khalifa was phenomenal! We had a bird’s eye view of all major landmarks of Dubai and plenty of time to gaze at them and take pictures. The environment was both exciting and calm, as the staff are careful to limit the number of visitors attending at the same time. This tour put another cool perspective on Dubai and the history of perhaps it’s most significant landmark. A must-do for anyone traveling here!
A great way to spend dusk and evening. The Burj Khalifa is an astonishing building. My only complaint was how long it took from having our tickets issued to actually getting in a lift to the top. Nevertheless well worth the wait.
This tour was one of the best one we went to. It gave us the opportunity to get to know Dubai and learn about their culture. The Burj Khalifa was our favorite stop. The host was amazing and very respectful. Would recommend 100%
Very nice tour of Dubai. The tour guide was very informative. A few recommendations would be to get a mic for the guide to hear him better on the bus, complimentary water as Dubai is extremely hot and maintenance of the bus (overall cleaning and repair to the seat trays).
Javed was very knowledgeable, courteous, patience, and excellent customer care. The vehicle was very clean and he offered us water and just took very good care of us. This is our first time in Dubai and our time with Javed yesterday was an awesome experience. I highly recommend Javed and your company.
Loved it, good experience. We got picked up from hotel on-time and not so crowded. I can recommend Viator to anyone
People Also AskQ:Is Burj Khalifa entry free?
A:No, entry to the Burj Khalifa isn’t free, but there are admission ticket packages for every budget. Choose between tickets that grant you access to the At the Top observation deck on levels 124 and 125, or entry to The Lounge on levels 152, 153, and 154—which boasts the title of the World’s Highest Lounge.
Q:Is there a dress code for the Burj Khalifa?
A:No, there isn’t a dress code for the Burj Khalifa. That said, if you plan to visit one of the many restaurants in the building, smart-casual attire is recommended. Avoid wearing shorts or sandals if you’re dining at Atmosphere Restaurant and Lounge on the 122nd floor.
Q:Should I Burj Khalifa tickets in advance?
A:Yes, you should buy Burj Khalifa tickets in advance, especially if you want to beat the crowds and arrive at a time of your choice. Entry times are staggered to keep crowds at bay, so tickets for certain time slots can sell out ahead of time. Sunset tickets are often the first to go.
Q:Is Burj Khalifa better at night or day?
A:If you want to admire the city lights, the Burj Khalifa is better at night. For more detailed photos of Dubai’s desert landscapes and skyline, visit during daylight hours. Sunset makes for magical shots—if you time it right, you might get to see light and dark vistas in one visit.
Q:How long can you stay at the top of the Burj Khalifa?
A:If you’re visiting Burj Khalifa Sky, you can spend around 30 minutes at level 148 before descending to levels 124 and 125 (At the Top), where there’s no time limit. However, most visitors don’t end up spending more than an hour to 90 minutes at the tower.
Q:How do you avoid queues at the Burj Khalifa?
A:The best way to avoid queues at the Burj Khalifa is by prebooking your ticket. During peak times, you might still need to wait in line to get into the building and onto the elevator, so it’s always wise to show up a little early.
