    Get your tickets from tour operator!!! We got no tickets and no attraction

    Tour guide that was supposed to provide tickets disappeared and answered no emails or messages and didn’t pick up phone prior and on the day of the event itself. Spoke to Burj Khalifa staff themselves and they advised the tour operator had not even purchased the tickets we paid for 3 weeks prior therefore we were not allowed in as attraction was already at capacity. Total waste of time and effort and feel very disappointed as paid for attraction that was never booked with the attraction itself. Not one single response from the tour operator therefore I call this fraudulent!

    Seeing the view at Burj Khalifa was fabulous but when we called for transportation to return to our hotel, no one answered the phone. Our party of four had to take a taxi back to our hotel.

    The Burj Khalifa was very impressive. The view from the top needs to be seen to be believed. It was very busy at the top with lots posing for selfies, to avoid the high photo prices (285 dirham for 1 photo). Souvenirs and photos are quite pricey but is to be expected inside the venue. What was less impressive was being ‘dumped’ by a taxi in the Dubai Mall car park with the driver pointing in the general direction of the mall entrance. The mall is so vast we didn’t have a clue where to go. Luckily an English speaking family took pity on us and gave us directions.

    One of my bucklist items was to go up the Burj Khalifa and this attraction met that goal. The only thing was that there was some confusion on how to obtain our tickets as I couldn't seem to retrieve them through the app or in my email. Thankfully our driver was able to call in to someone and obtain a confirmation number for us that we could provide at the checkin counter to obtain our tickets. However, this didn't detract from the experience of going up to the 124th floor and seeing the views. It wasn't a totally clear day so we couldn't see as far as possible but it was still amazing.

    you have to do it , go for the later slot , do some shopping and then restaurant to watch the light show and fountains , if you do nothing else - do this Oh and don't forget shopping !!

    It was a beautiful building,but nothing out of the ordinary. I wanted to go to the top and have dinner at night, but it was sold out unfortunately. It was a beautiful site.

    Now the price is little bit expensive. But the facility is the same. IOs there any particular reason for this increase or it is simply because of the trend. As this is a landmark of Dubai all the visitors are prompting to it. But now it is becoming slightly unaffordable specially wen a big crowed is concerned. It makes a big improvement if this price could be lowered to an affordable limit such as AED 100.00 per person -plus the VAT. this will encourage the local crowd to use this facility frequently or otherwise you have to depend upon the foreigners. This will definitely reduce your revenue.

    The view is normally amazing, today was a little hot and hazy. This was my second visit, last visit was in 2012 beautiful clear day. I will try my luck again next time I am in town.

    September2016 the morning tour was good not crowed. the weather was clear but very sunny so can't really see much due to the haze. not much to do but walk the floor and look over Dubai, like any observation deck. they will try to get your to pose for a lot of cheesy pictures to buy. Did not go to the every top since it would be almost the same view for more money.
