Together we will discover the magical places from which Prosecco Superiore Mani Sagge is born. In the Wine Bar of the Estate, surrounded by the living landscape of the green hills, we will explain our philosophy as winemakers and guardians of the beauty of these places. Walking to the top of the ancient hill, we will discover the meaning of heroic viticulture and Prosecco DOCG, admiring the UNESCO landscape. We will then taste three types of Prosecco Superiore from the cellar combined with typical local products. Please inform us in advance of any allergies/intolerances or other food restrictions. (Comfortable shoes are recommended).

A tour among the enchanting UNESCO Prosecco hills that will make us discover the flavors, nature and history of this unique land. From Venice and Treviso we will head towards the gentle hills of Valdobbiadene, home of Prosecco, and walk with a nature guide among the meandering vineyards, sipping the ancestor of the famous wine of these lands. We will reach a wine cellar where, with a tasting of the various types of Prosecco and typical products, we will take a real journey through the local flavors and traditions. We will have lunch in a characteristic restaurant with tasty typical dishes. We will continue on a panoramic tour of the evocative San Boldo Pass, with its "100 days road", so called for the events related to the Great War. Always led by our guide, we will visit Cison di Valmarino, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. On Mondays and Tuesdays the visit and tasting will take place in the winery cellar awarded by the Prosecco brotherhood.

An e-bike tour assisted by a licensed bicycle tour guide, to discover the production area of ​​Valdobbiadene Docg, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A continuous ups and downs, with stops at places of cultural interest and panoramic points, to enjoy the wonderful landscape that distinguishes this area. The activity will be enlivened by the culinary moment, we will taste the dish of an ancient local tradition, the Spiedo. To finish in the cellar, with a visit to the production areas and a guided tasting of the best Valdobbiadene Docg wines.

Hi, I'm Linda, owner of Cantina Manera Luigi and I will be happy to accompany you on this 3-stage tour: 1) Walk through the vineyards where you can follow the path that our grapes make from the vineyard to the cellar. Here you will also discover the grape harvesting technique that distinguishes us: the THREE HARVEST METHOD. 2) Visit of the winery where I will show you the winemaking techniques we use. 3) Tasting of 4 wines from our production, accompanied by a selection of local cold cuts and cheeses.
