Port in Sanur busy if not chaotic. However, the staff from Viator where helpfull so we got on the boat OK.

Smooth
Crossing was smooth , however the boat is so packed and with every seat booked it was a tight squeeze , the deck-hand was determined to feel every available seat , otherwise as I say it was a smooth crossing taking about 55 to 60 minutes
