The basics

Unusual in its design, Fujairah Fort features three circular towers and one rectangular tower and is made of rocks, mud, mortar, and plaster. Visitors can explore the exterior and interior of the renovated fort. Located at a height of nearly 66 feet (20 meters) above sea level, it can be seen from just about anywhere in Fujairah and also offers sweeping views of the city and sea. Nearly all tours to Fujairah include a stop at the fort, in addition to other Fujairah highlights, such as the Fujairah Museum, Sheik Zayed Mosque, and Al Badiyah Mosque.
