But this is not the truth.. what really happened is: the driver arrived at 8.30 at the cruise port.. this was the disembarkation time you mentioned on the booking.
He was waiting for you more than 45 minutes, we tried to call you several times with no answer..
After 50 minutes driver left the port.. if you contacted us or answered one of our calls, we would be there waiting with no extra cost.. but the driver could not wait there forever without any notice..
Your review appears today.. 13 days after the date of the transfer..
So I think your review is not fair and we don't deserve it.
I'm so sorry again, I can manage to refund you the money of this transfer, no problem at all..
