Amazing Experience

What a great experience!! Boy was the ultimate tour guide-so knowledgeable about the area and the events in WWII as well as the keeper of stories from the vets from that time as well. He is a consummate professional and very pleasant to be with-a true supporter of the Normandy vets who goes above and beyond to share their memories and experiences! You will be lucky to share the day with Boy!!

This tour is fantastic. As a history and WWII enthusiast, I was amazed through the entire day. What's more, my wife and young daughter were equally impressed. Our tour guide, Boy, was phenomenal. He moved the tour along at an appropriate pace while keeping our entire party engaged along the way. Logistically, he made everything seemless and you could tell it was a very well thought out schedule. Boy was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. We plan on returning in the future and will definitely try to book with Boy. I 100% recommend this tour and this tour guide for all your Normandy needs.

Paying homage to those who fought!

Boy Eysbroek was our private tour guide for a group of 6 from ages 9 to 69. He picked us up at our hotel in Bayeux and then proceeded to take us to the Normandy cemetery and Memorial for WWII showing large maps of all the forces and their mission. Despite the rain it was awe inspiring. On to Omaha beach, Utah beach, lunch, then several towns rich with WWII history. Boy had met dozens of WWII visiting veterans and shared some of their memories as well. Pack a waterproof jacket, umbrella and waterproof shoes/boots if rainy😊

Outstanding Tour

Normandy was the first stop on our trip this summer. We were extremely lucky to have booked a tour that led us to Boy and Neptune Battle Tours. The day we spent with him was a day we will never forget. The passion that Boy has for the story of Normandy can not be matched. His tour is a full day of walking in the footsteps of brave soldiers. He is a walking book of the history of this area and of the war. There are not enough words to thank him for the experience we received.

Meaningful WWII war site and memorial tour.

Viewing the battle sites brings all of our WWII readings and movies into context. Seeing how well the American Cemetery was designed and constructed and maintained was gratifying and moving. The surprise was the German Cemetery which was done with great respect for the dead without glorifying them and offering a hope for peace.

Exceptional tour to historic locations with very knowledgeable guide

Our guide for the day was Boy. He is very knowledgeable about the people and places of D-Day and knows veterans that were part of the invasion. He had maps and data that helped us gain an even greater appreciation for the scale of the invasion, and the magnitude of the impact on the lives of those involved.

From the beaches inland

This was our second D-Day tour, but with only a few repeats. We had time to explore the Airbourne Museum in St. Mere Eglise, we visited sites from Easy Company's journey, and also Gold Beach, which was a British landing zone. What a wonderful tour and our guide was so knowledgeable about his subject.

Passionate and Knowledgeable Tour

Boy E. our tour guide, was passionate and knowledgeable about the Normandy history. Our tour was very informative with many personal stories from soldiers he has befriended over the years on their return to Normandy. My uncle was buried in Normandy and because of Boy, we were made aware there is a special tribute ceremony performed for us honor and thanks for his service. Very moving.

Normandy Tour in a day

We had a wonderful day with our very knowledgeable & patient tour guide Boy. The places we went were fascinating & so full of historical significance & Boy was able to answer all our various questions. We ended at the American cemetery in time for the lowering of the flag and it was a memorable experience for all of us. We all would highly recommend Boy as a tour guide in this area.
