För denna Hawaii Volcanoes National Park-helikoptertur tar du dig själv till Hilo Heliport. När du väl är där går du ombord på den helikoptertyp du valde i kassan – antingen en ECO-Star eller A-Star.

ECO-Star erbjuder en rymlig interiör, mer än 60 kvadratfot visningsglas och sittplatser på bakre raden i teaterstil för bättre överblick. A-Star har sittplatser i bänkstil och 50 kvadratmeter visningsglas. Båda flygs av Blue Hawaiians piloter och underhålls av Blue Hawaiians tekniker.

If I could give more stars I would! This tour is great and all the crew are amazing! I highly recommend it, I was a little afraid of helicopters but this one I enjoyed from begging to end! Very professional and 100% recommended!

My 2 daughters and I had an amazing experience with Blue Hawaii. Our helicopter pilot was professional, had a great sense of humor, and had a great sound track for the 50 min helicopter tour. We can’t thank the pilot enough. This was our first tour on a helicopter and we will never forget the great memories of this trip.

We got lucky as earlier flights was cancelled due to weather. We had some light rain and clouds but were able to see all the volcanoes we flew over, some smoke and some red heat radiating from the ground, though no lava. Amazing seeing the damage the lava flow causes with the large long and wide trails of devastation left behind and the trees to the side that weren’t in the lavas path.

Our pilot took a little extra time to return to volcano after clouds had cleared. His commentary was excellent and he was careful to circle the copter so that everyone could see.

Seeing the volcanos up close it was amazing. Tim our pilot was great very knowledgeable about everything we flew over. Juliana and Miriam were also awesome went above and beyond to get us on our flight.

This was a beautiful, smooth, informative and entertaining ride. I can not say enough about the staff! Eric was great and even helped us plan (and gave written and map directions) for sightseeing and reataurants. Wesley will always be our favorite piolet. Cannot say enough about how great it was. Vindictive Business

The operator sneakily sprung a hidden fee for heavier passengers on the Viator website's mobile version. Despite our complaint, they reluctantly made an exception. However, upon boarding (with life vests and headsets dawned), they unleashed a theatrical spectacle of inconsistent stories to abruptly cancel the helicopter tour. Initially citing paperwork discrepancies, they swiftly pivoted to a malfunctioning switch, and then, after 20 minutes, claimed the cancellation was due to the pilot needing lunch. Blue Hawaiian's vindictive nature was glaring. They shamelessly blamed the FAA for an "overweight" passenger fee, conveniently ignoring that the FAA doesn't mandate such charges, only emphasizing the need for balance. Crafting deceitful narratives to settle personal scores is a despicable business tactic. It's disheartening that they ruined our 5th wedding anniversary and our best friend's engagement opportunity with their callous cancellation. Start away from this business. At least we got a refund.
