En oförglömlig dag!

Vilken otrolig dag! Vi simmade med nästan 40 delfiner, såg en flik med valar och till och med en tigerhaj (medan vi var i båten bort från delfinerna). Besättningen var vänlig och ville verkligen att deras gäster skulle få en oförglömlig upplevelse.

Choose another company for the Kealakekua Bay snorkeling.

Guide was not even a little professional, and on the way back, he thought he hit an animal with the boat, but "didn't want to go back and see." Absolutely ruined the experience. Book with another company and you're almost guaranteed to have a better experience.

I would recommend going with a larger company.

The guides were not personable at all. Only talked with a few from our group. They drove the boat super fast and didn’t let us enjoy the scenery. It was like they were racing to get there and back. We were only with them for two hours. The snorkeling was OK.

Fun tour with music and dolphins

Crew expertly invited the dolphins we saw to swim through our wake. The music was great and the view of the coral reef underwater was spectacular. There was a collegial feeling among crew and customers that was delightful. We would recommend this experience to anyone and hope to do it again.

We had a great trip!! Captain and crew were very enjoyable. Saw lots of different fish. Also got some history of the shoreline on the return trip.

Very fun boat ride out to the bay! We did see dolphins up close from the boat. On the way back we tucked along the coast and saw the caves. Boat ride was fast and not for someone wanting a smooth ride over.

Family trip

We were a party of 10 and everything went smoothly. It was myself and husband, my parents and my 4 adult children plus two significant others. Everyone enjoyed the day out on the water and some saw an octopus, stingray and eel !! Sadly we didn’t see any dolphins but that’s ok, maybe next time !!

Erik and Peyton were incredibly kind warm and inviting. Getting the experience of this trip and boat ride was a highlight for us. Incredible views, awesome tropical fish. We saw spinner dolphins, turtles, and MANTA RAY! It was incredible. The boat ride alone was so awesome. Erik took us on a ride we’ll never forget. THANK YOU! Aloha!

Amazing Experience

We loved this experience! The instructions were clear and we were safe and entertained the entire trip. Plenty of time in the water! Dennis and Shawn had fresh pineapple, water, and humor that made the experience memorable once we headed back toward the dock as well.

We accidentally went to the wrong location and were 15 minutes late, but the captain waited for us, which was an absolute blessing. The captain was funny and cool. He took us to some spots along the coast after the snorkel. Beautiful views of course and there were a lot of fish. He cut up some pineapple and it was just an overall amazing experience.

Worst ever! Don’t book! Scam

DO NOT BOOK! SCAM! Worst experience ever! The boat NEVER showed up! Zero communication! Second time we wasted our entire last day and didn’t get to do a boat trip because we booked here. Happened with a fishing trip last year in Kauai too! Then an hour later somebody casually returns my call asking if I called and when I say “yeah the boat never showed” they say “oh it’s in the shop” nice try, thanks for the call. Even a refund doesn’t make up for an entire lost last day on the island and lost experience when we could have gone with a reputable company. All the other boats showed up had a canopy and left with their passengers on time.

We were supposed to meet at 7:50am, I got there at 7:40am with another family. No one ever showed up and later on the family got ahold of the third party they booked it with and got told the operator didn’t have a boat and won’t take us out! This is ridiculous. Great trip! It was as fun jaunt out to Captain Cook cove area for snorkeling. No fuss, small boat and upbeat tour guides. On our way back we stopped for whales which were all around us. Got to see a baby humpback breach multiple times! We sped around to some sea caves and learned a little history and lore about the areas. Overall, 5 stars would go again! Also, just note that the boat is a speed boat, and goes FAST. It was a lot of fun, but if you’re looking for a gentle, smooth boating experience, this one is not for you.

Fantastic small boat adventure

The trip was fantastic. Erik, our guide took us along the coast, we saw sea caves and beautiful scenery. He gave us some history of some of the sacred places we went by. He was so patient in getting us all equipped and ready to snorkel. Giving us all plenty of tips for the best viewing. It was my first time and it was so enjoyable. The fresh pineapple was delicious. We also saw whales and Hawaiian spinning dolphins along the way. What a fantastic morning for us all.

Dennis and Eric were great tour leaders. We saw many colorful fish ant the reef and even some whales on our way. We enjoyed their playlist and interesting commentary as they showed us the Big Island’s beautiful “playground”. We think they need a larger pineapple tray!
