Lite trist mat, men härlig personal och själva kryssningen väl värd sina pengar. Skulle gärna göra om den.

En underbar tur om man stod ute på däck men inne i båten stod luften helt still. Inge luftkonditionering och därmed smakade inte maten så bra tyvärr. Jag hade bokat med hämtning vid hotellet och betalat för det men hotellet låg för nära så vi gick på uppmaning av Viator. Har inte fått tillbaka några pengar för det jag betalat.

Att bli hämtad och lämnad med taxi på hotellet kändes både lite lyxigt och praktiskt. Fick extra bra plats i fören på båten som en present eftersom vi firade bröllopsdag. Utmärkt buffet utan överdrifter. Trevlig musikunderhållning under resan. Staden är väldigt vacker och framförallt från flodsidan. Den riktiga höjdpunkten var givetvis att se slottet och broarna med belysning i kvällsmörkret.. Verkligen prisvärt.

Den var över förväntan. Födelsedagsfirandet blev ett oförglömligt minne för födelsdagsbarnet med sällskap. Varm sommarkvällnästan fullmåne och Budapest på båda sidorna av Donau i kvälssbelysning. Maten var god,musiken likaså. Kryssningen var värd varje krona.

Detta var riktigt bra valuta för pengarna och maten var utmärkt. Jag kunde också begära hämtning från vårt hotell vilket var en extra bonus

Mycket välorganiserad. Snabb och artig service. Vackra sevärdheter. En av de bästa i Europa. Båten var ren och erbjöd gott om utrymme. Underhållning var lämpligt.

The cruise and dinner were okay. Nothing to really write home about. Our biggest issue was that we almost missed it all together because of the pick up at our hotel. We were told someone would send a taxi for us at 6:20 the dinner was to start at 7. It got to be 6:50 and no taxi so I called my contact at Viator and she told us to take public transportation. There was no way we were going to make it in 10 minutes. As I was talking to her a taxi pulled up and he drove crazy trying to get us there in time. Although we actually did make it we were unable to sit as a group. It put a damper on the entire evening.

Nothing memorable about this at all. We were seated where we could not see the entertainment or hear it. After getting our food from the buffet and heading to our table, we were told we went to the wrong buffet line and our plates were literally taken from our hands, We did not know there were 2 different buffets. Still speechless.
Disappointing to have other people seated outside our window view

While it was a nice experience and meal, we had people who hadn't purchased a dinner ticket seated outside our window taking photos. This interrupted our view of the river and bank and I found our table placement rather disappointing.

I loved the entertainment and surprisingly the food was very tasty! (Note always the case for for dinner cruises in general.) Very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this dinner cruise as the most authentic, and entertaining in Budapest. xx

Boarding and dirt impressions where excellent. However our waiter introduced himself at the start of evening but then disappeared all night. Went to bar myself twice. Barman chatting to staff and not interested. American couple next to us also has to get on drinks. Funny he never gave us a QR code at the end of night to rate him. Food was ok but not special. Limited desserts. Entertainment was lovely and they did walk around and speak to every couple and took nice pics with your own phone. Overall nice experience but costly and waiter useless. Would book without food next time.

We were lucky to have a seat right next to the "dance floor", so we had a front row seat to the performing dancers and were close to the musicians as well. The food was delicious, music and dance was lovely, and we really enjoyed the view as we cruised down the river. Great value for money as well.

Staff were very helpful but the fact that some people are greedy & think they might miss out on a meal. They should think about a different process for the meal delivery. Rather than have guest's loading up with entree ,mains & dessert put out one meal at a time. We never saw a dance just the traditional dancers walking around the boat posing with guests. Not really value for money. Meals were average.

Food tended to be on the saltier side. They rotated two performers through three sections of the ship with three different type of dances. Musicians will go through the table and request private performances for a tip. Waiter was a bit pushy about leaving 5 star reviews with their name included. Just look at google review and TripAdvisor.

our prearranged taxi ride Left us on a busy thoroughfare with no crosswalks visible in either direction. when booked and requesting pickup there was no drop off. I think that was a mistake. Dinner was good, entertainment was entertaining , service was excellent.

Thanks for your feedback! We regret the inconvenience of taking a taxi, near our boat you can find zebras from two sides. Unfortunately, drop off has to be ordered separately so we can call you a taxi! We hope you enjoyed your time with us!
