Dear Kevin,
first of all I have to say sorry for all your inconveniences, however I would have appreciated if you told me during the tour if you had any problems, then we would have had a chance to switch to car with AC. Instead, at the end of the tour you thanked me for everything and you gave me a really decent tip (thank you for that ) and then they you wrote a 3-star review. (Which could make it difficult to assess this program for future guests.)
To help assess the situation for those reading the review: There is a passionate tour guide working for the My Personal Budapest. He is restoring classic cars for his own passion and is also happy to share the experience riding in them with our guests. On the day of this tour it was 29 Celsius degrees (84.2 Fahrenheit) and the vehicle was a 1957 built Opel car with no AC but great ventilation using vent windows even on the front and back. (note: not the same heat like in a modern car with no AC!). We're using this vehicle for over 10 years for the same tour advertised on different platforms and had no bad reviews at all because of climate problems in car. Our conclusion is to ask our guests in the future if they prefer a modern and boring air conditioned car or happy the experience a truly charming vintage one for a couple hours tour riding for about 100 kms altogether with several stops (60 miles full ride). Kevin, please feel free to mention your requests honestly on a tour to all your future tour guides. If someone is as passionate about tourism and cars like I am, they try and satisfy all your requests to make you happy as much as possible. Thank you for your attention and I wish you happy tours in the future! Regards, Balazs
