Josh our balloon pilot was very knowledgeable about all the spectacular views from the balloon. Lunch was delicious. The whole experience from pick up to return drop off, was very professional and well worth the money. We'd definitely recommend this to our family & friends.

Josh and the team were great. Josh kept up a very interesting commentary throughout the flight. We were picked up from our hotel at the exact time we were told the transport would be there. The whole activity was hassle free and a lot of fun.

From the moment we were picked up by our guide Brownie , we knew it was going to be a great experience. He was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained, the ride to Mareeba was great . When we got to our area to take off , we were given all the information and instructions very clearly . Our pilot Frank and his offsider Brian were awesome . The amazing views and feeling of being up in the sky was the most magical thing we have ever done . Worth every dollar . The landing was perfect and even helping packing up the balloon was a awesome experience. And the champagne and chatting afterwards just finished it all off wonderfully . Thank you again to Frank for the best ride ever .

It was peaceful and floaty, not at all gut lurching. Our landing was smooth. I loved it and would do it again. Our pilot was awesome and I liked hearing the communications with the other balloon and the crew on the ground. Walking inside the balloon after it came down was an "on the ground" highlight.

Frank Roy and Tony were amazing. The whole experience made us feel like we were in great hands. Floating up in the sky was calming and peaceful and seeing the sunrise was magnificent. I would recommend this to anyone!

Brownie, the driver/guide is fantastic and humorous and lit up our early morning blues. It was the second early morning for us as the first one was cancelled because the winds were eventually too strong for the flight in the first morning to take place. Brownie, such a great personality, more than made up the disappointment in the first morning with his attentive service. Further, he extended great hospitality in introducing places to visit enroute to my drop off point after the flight as it is my first time in Cairns. The flight was very memorable. Neil, the pilot, engineered a perfect landing. Balloon packing was fun! Definitely a trip not to be missed!

This was my first ever balloon flight and the great team of people made it very memorable.... from the dawn lift off to the smooth landing it was breathtaking. As well as a great flight I was very surprised that on landing, we were allowed to walk around inside the balloon to take photos. I very memorable day ,one that I plan to do again in the future!
