Good time!

Was well organized. Just go to ticket stand to redeem voucher for tickets. The boat ride around the island was a bit long. It was hard to cram everything in at a relaxing pace. We took the ferry in and arrived at 1030-11am. The boat ride was over an hour. Lunch was great. Did the lift. Missed other 2 activities. Wanted to roam around and shop. Would of liked more time. Overall was nice and a good value for the money.

Ticket pick was easy to find,tour operator friendly and helpful.The tour allowed us to do what we wanted on our schedule yet not worrying about finding where to buy tickets etc ..

Lovely trip so well organised. Got off the ferry and the meeting point is right there. Lovely boat trip, unfortunately the sea levels were too high for blue grotto tour. Chairlift was amazing such great views and bar at top. Lunch was not great, wine like vinegar and a piece of fish that must have been cooking for a week. Wish we played it safe with pasta. All in all a good well organised trip. Would recommend.

Th cable cart was very cool but was looking forward to the blue Grotto and not being able to go was heartbreaking! I didn't feel was worth what I paid for the experience and didn't end up having the lunch as the voucher was not in the pack for the lunch. I feel based on prices would have been cheaper for me to pay everything as I went on the island

Good tour that is organised for you but can go at your own pace

Good to do as you just follow the guide you are given and you get skip the line access to the activities offered. At the same time, you can go at your own pace but would recommend checking when the buses stop running and when certain attractions close as you may miss out on things if you complete the guide too late in the day.

such a great tour!! Check in was easy and we got right on a boat tour. We were able to do the blue grotto on our tour. They said the estimated wait time was 2 hours but it only took us 1 and was so worth it! Our whole group did not want to do it, so we switched boats and joined a group who wanted to experience the blue grotto. After that we followed the exact itinerary in the pamphlet they gave us. The lunch was so delicious and the staff was wonderful. Me and my friend don’t like seafood and were able to enjoy the food despite it being labeled a seafood restaurant. After we ate, we shopped around in anacapri which had more of the cute touristy shops than the designer shops in capri. The chairlift was fun. All transportantion ran smoothly, but there was a little wait for the funnicolare ride down, so be sure to give yourself some time if you’re meeting a deadline. Overall, the perfect tour that gave us a taste of everything with the liberty to explore on our own!

This was great with the exception that we weren't able to do the blue grotto but that had nothing to do with the tour itself. The tide was high and it is high tourist season so we would have had to wait an additional 2.5 hours to do it. That wasn't feasible with a 3 year old. We had an awesome tour boat guide who taught us alot about the island. We then journeyed to Anna capri where we at at LA Giara which was AMAZING! then we did the chairlift with toddler in our lap and she really loved that. Next we venture through the streets for shopping followed by the funicular ride which was just ok after the chair lift. I would definitely recommend this excursions to family's. You get a quick taste of Capri.

The boat trip around the island is the most memorable. the scenery is beautiful and the captain of the boat is very detail in his presentation.

Disorganized tour

This “Independent Gold Tour” was very difficult to maneuver. We arrived on the ferry with no clear signs of where to meet the tour guide or get the info. We just happened to ask someone who then knew the person who could give us the packet. It was literally at the back door of a ticket booth that had no signage for the tour. The boat ride was very nice, but the BlueGrotto had an 1 hr 40 min wait, so we had to pass. The buses were also very disorganized. I will say the cable car was very good and the lunch was nice. Funicular was crowded and definitely not worth the wait.

It was easy to find The booth. (Small booth as you get off the ferry). The boat tour was beautiful. When we arrived to the restaurant for lunch it was closed for construction. Luckily the worker from the restaurant next door told us where we can go as a replacement. Food was ok. Enjoyed the chair lift. the funicular was super busy and packed. Overall, it was a great way to experience the island in a couple different ways. But honestly if you have a little extra cash I would get a private or semi private tour.

The boat ride was excellent with views of all the sites around Capri. Lunch at La Giara in Anacapri was delicious, a variety of fish dishes as well as beverages and desert. The Seggiovia Monte Solaro brings you to the top of Capri an spectacular views. Bus transportation and the Funicular provided transportation to make the entire visit connections smooth.

Note that the Tour company’s description doesn’t show up on Viator on the day of the trip due to some technical UX incompatibility. So it seems like you are missing details about where to pick up the package of tickets on the day of the tour.. and some suspect then that they’ve been scammed! (Like we did after reading a review from someone who couldn’t find the info on the app nor the booth that is there in Capri for you to pick up tickets) So let me clarify - The tour is legitimate! You aren’t getting scammed! Once we got to Capri we tracked down where to pick up our tickets package from description laid on another competitor of Viator (get your guide.com) for this exact same tour. You pick up the tickets from a booth very close to where the Snav drops you off. This package is good for a first time visitor to Capri who has no idea where what is and what to do.. and intimidated by just the sheer crowds on the island and traffic of buses boats taxis funicular all around the town. This package just tells you where to go and follow a recommended itinerary and you kind of stick to it and feel like you saw what you needed to for a first time visitor
