Blue grotto var stängt. Satt ganska bak i båten och varken kunde se eller ta bilder. Alldeles för mycket folk

Tour cancelled, no support for alternative or refund.

The tour was cancelled due to bad weather. Which is ok. However, the tour operator was not helpful to support the refund process. The issue is still open at viator side.

WARNING: Not a wheelchair accessible tour!

This is advertised as a wheelchair accessible experience. In fact in the notes / description it is mentioned 3 times along with stroller accessible. We were first offered a giant dinghy as pictured above which is not suitable at all so then we were told (and given different tickets) and went from wharf 0 to wharf 23 to catch an accessible boat. The boat arrived with a long gangway not wheelchair accessible to walk down to get onto/off the bow of the boat which had stairs. The name of the boat was Grotta Azzurra of the Yellow Line. I managed to get onto the boat however it was far from safe due to the way the narrow gang plank I had to walk moved up and down pivoting with the boat due to waves. Reaching between the gangplank and stairs on the boat I almost fell off the side. My wheeled mobility device had to be collapsed and carried onto the boat. The gangplank plus stairs cannot carry a wheelchair. The experience was neither accessible nor fun due to mis stated expectations set on the tour information. Nor is in stroller accessible!

Hi Linda, generally almost all of the wheelchairs type are able to board on our boats, unless yours was one of the larger motorized type. But in any case we usually always find a solution to accomodate all of our customer with any tipe of mobility issue.

It was a good ride around but FYI the yellow line is the BIG boat, not the smaller boats. It was good if you’re prone to being sea sick since the larger boat cuts through the waves more. But, if you’re expecting a small crowd, that’s not this boat.

Confusing - tour did not allow you to go into blue grotto

This tour does not stop at the blue grotto. Or rather it stops but does not allow you to get off onto the row boats or ticket office steps. While the tour of the island was good we were not the only passengers left disappointed and confused.

Hi, let me give an example: waves and currents might be strong and rough on the south side of the island, therefore you might not see them, because we are located on the north side. Also, do you realize that we loose money when we have to cancel our services because of adverse weather?? Yours is a rotten feedback written without any tought.

Great Value Tour of the entire Island of Capri

The yellow line is a fun inexpensive way to view the entire island of Capri. The boat is small enough to enter one of the larger grottos and the driver explains all the landmarks on the Island. It does not stop at the Blue Grotto, but the queues to get into the Grotto were very long. It also does not offer the “extras” food and drinks of other tours but this is reflected in the price. I’d highly recommend this tour.

Please avoid this tour as they do not get you to Blue Grotto. They will show you a few rocks and move around the island and never stop in Blue Grotto. They will always say that the waiting time is over 2 hours. One should blue line instead which goes directly to Blue Grotto. No one will buy this tour if they do not sham people with false promises.

Do not expect to see the blue grotto on this tour. A private tour would be better. The boat was crowded and it was hard to understand the captain.

The blue Grotto was incredible ! There was no wait to get in as I booked the first boat at 9:30 . Beautiful tour of island . I would have given 5 stars if not for the boat captain who was very annoyed when I asked him to translate his commentary in English too .

Estaba lloviznando y cancelaron el tour durante todo el día sin darnos opción de utilizarlo en otra hora o esperar a que se arreglara el día, tampoco ningún reembolso, es mejor comprar allá directamente para evitar perder el dinero
