Kämpade för att få turnégruppen i hamn - inga tydliga tecken. Guide till mayan city var ok, mayan city var under uppbyggnad och turné i genomsnitt. Reseguiden lämnade oss och gick med en mycket ovänlig dam till lagunen … mat och dryck mycket medelmåttig och begränsad vid lagunen … spendera kort tid på att simma … kändes som om de bara ville ha plats för nästa grupp och få oss tillbaka till hamnen

Rolig dag på Ruins and Baccalar Lagoon!

Njöt verkligen av denna turné. Vi var tvungna att gå en hel del för att hitta skåpbilen i början men lokalbefolkningen var vänliga och hjälpte till att visa oss vart vi skulle gå. Våra reseguider var mycket kunniga och vänliga. Bilresan till ruinerna är ungefär en timme lång men du får se mycket costa maya och reseguiden delade mycket information med oss längs vägen. Turen vid ruinerna var trevlig (ta vatten, det är fuktigt!) och vi fick utforska området och ta massor av bilder. Massor av spindelapor i träden som var kul att titta på. Efter ruinerna gick vi till Baccalar 7 color Lagoon. Vi körde längs denna långa ojämna bakväg i cirka 10 minuter och sedan helt plötsligt - absolut skönhet! ! Baccalar är fantastisk! Hela vår skåpbil avgav ett hörbart WOW när vi körde in på resorten. Maten var fantastisk och riklig och personalen var mycket vänlig. Kajaker ingår så vi fick paddla kajak ut i lagunen. Massor av stenar i vatten så ta vattenstrumpor. Massor av ställen att sitta ute och njuta av solen. Bara en vacker plats som vi njöt av. Skåpbilsresan tillbaka till hamnen var så kul. 11 av oss var i skåpbilen och lärde känna varandra under hela dagen. Vi bara skrattade och hade en fantastisk tur tillsammans igen. Så bra dag! ! Rekommenderar starkt denna turné! Tack så mycket!

Varning - lagun är inte vad du tror

Ruindelen av resan var bra - det är ett litet område att se, men intressant. Bacalar Lagoon är en annan historia. Fastigheten vi togs till har ungefär 50 solstolar, placerade på grus (det finns ingen sand, det är inte en strand). Det var minst 200 personer som kom buss efter buss till lagunen, så solstolarna var borta. Det fanns några hopfällbara stolar vid restaurangen som kunde användas, men det var inte det som annonserades ut. När det gäller simning, ta med vattenskor eftersom området är extremt stenigt och klipporna är hala. Det var rent ut sagt farligt att försöka gå i. Maten var bara ok, det var inte särskilt varmt. Den bestod av tortillas med kyckling eller fläsk tillsammans med tortillachips och dips. Baren var ett litet område utanför med 2 sorters läsk på 2 liter (Cola och Diet Coke), ananasjuice, vatten och flaskor med rom, tequila, etc. Även om utsikten var vacker, var antalet personer de packa in för att sitta på en grus "strand" i 3 timmar utan stolar är inte alls värt det.

We apologize if the availability of beach chairs fell short of your expectations due to the number of visitors. We understand your concerns about the rocky bottom of the lagoon. The lagoon offers a different experience than a beach, and some guests find water shoes helpful for walking in the area. Underbart lokalt företag. Lite galet vävning genom kryssningsterminalen för att få turnéställningen (det var mer som en 20-minuters promenad för att försöka ta reda på hur man kommer ut ur terminalen). Men när vi väl nådde företaget gick det smidigt. Vi hade en underbar guide som var lokal i samhället i generationer. Så tog stor omsorg för att hjälpa oss förstå kulturen och området. Lunch och lagunen var ett vackert tillägg till rundturen i den historiska delen av turnén. Lunchen var utsökt. Och de såg till att vi kom tillbaka till vårt skepp i god tid.

Detta var en fantastisk turné - rekommenderas starkt! ! Vi valde denna turné som en del av en kryssning nyligen - vi var inte exalterade över något som kryssningsrederiet hade att erbjuda, så vi var glada att hitta detta företag! ! Selena och Diego var våra guider, och de var båda extremt vänliga och kunniga. Selena hittade till och med möjligheter att ta oss på några extra stopp i slutet av vår turné. Det var fantastiskt att se de historiska och vackra områdena i Costa Maya, och att komma bort från kryssningsrederiet för dagen! Jag kommer definitivt att boka med Viator igen!

Upplevelsen var otrolig! Våra reseguider gjorde resan mer minnesvärd. Eric tog oss genom Maya-staden och var mycket informativ. Sedan iväg till Bacalar med Yoshi och Elliott. Alla var så vänliga och inbjudande men dessa 3 stack verkligen ut för oss! Tack för att du delar din del av världen med oss ??

Dagen var fantastisk, vår värd Selena var fantastiskt henne och hennes team hämtade oss utanför hamnen och från det ögonblicket behandlade du dig som familj, resan var bekväm och vår grupp var liten vilket gav en personlig känsla. Det första stoppet var ruinerna som vår guide eter visste så mycket om att du inte bara tittade dig omkring och tog bilder du lärde dig om den rika historien bakom dessa magnifika tempel. Vi gick sedan till den privata resorten som hade det bästa allt du kan äta! ! äkta tacos med alla tillbehör samt kalla uppfriskande drycker. . . Jag njöt verkligen av margaritas som vi också inkluderade. Du kunde ha den här tiden på din fritid och njuta av utsikten eller ta ett dopp. Jag njöt av kajakpaddling, sola, simma och ligga i intertube personalen här vi så vänliga och catering ser till att du ville för ingenting. Jag hade nöjet att tillbringa min födelsedag här och det var så värt det. De sjöng till och med för mig. Vi kom tillbaka till hamnen med tillräckligt med tid för att fortfarande gå till affärerna utan att behöva rusa.
