This tour is among our bestsellers and it is typically well-received. To provide context, the tour you selected is a group tour, accommodating up to 45 people per bus. However, we understand that group dynamics may not suit everyone, and we would like to inform you that we also offer small group and private tours at a higher price, providing a more personalised experience.
We regret to hear that there were issues with the selected wineries. We take great care in choosing our partner wineries and are terribly sorry that your experience did not reflect our usual standards. Our tour focuses primarily on wine, offering snacks during tastings. As outlined in the tour description, it includes two wine tastings at each winery, each featuring 3-4 glasses of wine, along with a sample of local extra-virgin olive oil, cheese, and salami. We acknowledge your comments and will communicate them to the wineries for consideration, especially regarding the presentation of food, with the possibility of individual servings.
We apologise if the communal tray style of serving did not align with your preferences. Our intention is to create a convivial and familial atmosphere, facilitating connections among participants. However, we understand that perspectives may vary, and we appreciate your feedback. Your suggestion of individual plate servings will be shared with the winery for evaluation.
In terms of accommodating families, including those with children, we strive to be inclusive and do not prohibit parents with kids from participating. While we regret any disruption caused by indiscipline, we hope for your understanding that we cannot be held responsible for that.
During the autumn/winter season,the sun sets down early. That’s why we made some adjustments in schedule allowing free time before the wine tasting and then moving indoors for the cellar tour.
