As for the gelato, you have to take in consideration that in order to be fully prepared and edible a gelato need to rest multiple hours in a refrigerator. For this reason, it is not possible to make one from scratches during our classes. But I am confident that this was also explained to you during the course of the class too.
This is the reason why, in the inclusions of your Viator voucher, it is reported “Gelato making show cooking”. I am sorry this was not clear enough for you, leading to a misunderstanding.
For what concerns the pizza instead, we are really sorry for the final outcome! Our ovens are indeed new, but they are accurately chosen in order to provide the best quality standards during our classes. However, we are experience makers and every experience, no matter how many times is repeated, tends to provide different results each and every time.
As the common saying goes: << Practice makes perfect>>. This can be applied to us, and to you as well. In fact, we really hope that you will have the possibility to participate in another of our cooking classes anytime soon. I am sure that this other time, having learnt from what has happened, you will be able to prepare an exceptional pizza!
