First of all, we would like to clarify that in some instances that tours are rescheduled for some urgent reasons, our staffs informs the guests of the reschedule as to let you know if you would want to proceed with the new schedule or not according to your availability, this is optional of course but since you have agreed to join the new schedule we do organize tour guides and arrange tickets for you, which of course costs us. secondly, Once you purchase a product from us the details of meeting point are written on the voucher so all you have to do is check the meeting point for the accademia Gallery on your voucher. We manage a lot of tours everyday and its rare for us to have an issue of complain after a client agrees to the new time slot for the tour. Due to number of tourists and clients purchasing skip the line tickets, and considering also that it is peak season, this is beyond our control and is not a valid reason for our company to issue refunds.
