It was a great experience. Lots of fun and it would have been great to go for a little longer. The only downside was that I wasn't told until we got there that there was an extra charge for a solo flight. It was a surprise and I would have thought that it would have been communicated to us well before the day. We had put in all our details when we booked approx 6 weeks prior.

Staff are very nice and friendly. We enjoyed very beautiful view in the sky. Just that when the strong wind came, we wagged from side to side in the sky, which was a bit scary for me as I am afraid of heights. Overall, the experience is amazing, really worth to have a try.

It was great fun, but the Westerly winds were WAY too strong! My 15yo daughter was petrified because we were thrown around like a cork in a washing machine! The last couple couldn't fly because the wind was so bad. We need to come back on a much calmer day

Parasaling - you have to do it at least once

My friend & i enjoyed this experience of being high up in the air. Our first experience which made it more exciting. Only downfall is that your airtime only goes for 8 minutes as they have other people within the hour that join you.

In regards to the flight time, we do find that flights longer than 8-10 minutes the harness becomes uncomfortable. We find that 8-10 minutes is the perfect duration to enjoy the view and relax without becoming uncomfortable. Thanks again, and we hope to see you in the future :)

Parasailing and the fast boat ride were cool. Around 10 min in the air. Crew could have been a bit more friendly and engaging but they were very knowledgeable.

beware charge extra on the day

Charged an extra $35.00 on the day because we could not fit in a tandem parasail as booked. Not mentioned at the booking site or when we checked in a few days prior to our booking. Only hit with the fee on the day 10 mins before going up so couldn't really cancel with the kids standing there. Otherwise a good experience

Hi Gillian, our weight limits are listed on all booking platforms to be seen by customers before booking. We are sorry you exceeded our weight limit however these limits are put in place to ensure safe operation. As for the extra charge, this is a balance to upgrade to one solo parasail and one tandem parasail from the triple parasail that you booked. This is what you would have needed to book if weight restrictions were followed. We hope this clears up your confusion. Glad to hear you enjoyed the experience itself :)
