What a wonderful time we had cooking. Vivian was such a joy , the class was fun, informative and we’ve come away full of enthusiasm and knowledge to create some Spanish and Mallorquin specialities in our own kitchen. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Vivian was great, she was organized, ready for us, made us feel like a prt of the family. She was a great facilitator encouraging everyone to get involved. We learned cooking techniques and prepared a great meal together. The shuttle from the ship dropped us a couple of blocks from the class.

Vivian and our group had so much fun today. I was traveling solo and had the pleasure to meet a couple from Finland and family from Poland. We had so much fun making all of the dishes together and sitting down to eat all together. Vivian was so energized, knowledgeable and inclusive. I really enjoyed some of the simplicity of these dishes. Thank you Vivian! Nice to meet you Lena, Johan, Maria, Christina and Johanna! Can only highly recommend this experience!

Vivian was so fun and we had such a great time. She taught us how to make creme catalina, pork and seafood paella, and tortillas. Everything was so yummy and everyone did a great job following her instructions. There were 8 of us in the class so we enjoyed the food and making friends with the 4 people we didn't know. So fun and I highly recommend taking this class!!!

Had so much fun and learned to cook some delicious Spanish delicacies. If you book on Viator make sure to message the company separately because I left my dietary restriction in the notes for checkout, but the chef was not aware because. However, it ended up being totally inclusive for pescatarians so it was fine. Maria was amazing and my boyfriend and I had so much fun.

I was looking for something fun and interesting to do while I was in Palma, and this class drew my interest. This did not disappoint! I had an absolute fantastic time at this class! Maria was wonderful in showing us how to make these great dishes. We had a smaller class (4 people) so it felt much more laid back and relaxing. I loved being able to make and try these new dishes and bring the recipes back to try at home. If you’re in Palma and looking for something to do, I would highly recommend this!

Vivian the chef cook gave us the right instructions in a pleasant way to learn how to make dishes like the spanish tortilla, creme catalan , paella and different appetizers. With a group like we were it was a memorable experience. I definately recommend the class if you enjoy cooking.

We had the most amazing time with Vivian! Learned how to make traditional Spanish and Mallorca food, drank wine, and made new friends. They were easily able to accommodate a vegetarian menu. We would 100% recommend!

I came to Mallorca for only a couple days and found this cooking class online. It was such a wonderful experience and our teacher was so fun and kind. We shared the joy of cooking and she made traditional Spanish dishes (Paella, Tortilla, Crem de Catalan, etc..) seem not-so-intimidating! We cooked several dishes and then shared the meal together at the end. I highly recommend. 10/10 experience.

My husband and I began our last day in Mallorca with this class. You could easily begin your trip with this to know what to order in restaurants throughout your time on the island. I can’t say enough good things about this experience & Maria. Maria was so warm, knowledgeable, kind and just an excellent teacher. We felt totally comfortable with her and made three main dishes with smaller bites sprinkled in between cooking & not to be left out: wine! 🥰 overall this experience is 10/10 - you gain a friend in the cooking process and learn so much about the love surrounding the dishes and the people who eat them. Coming to Spain, eating paella for the first time was a must - I couldn’t even imagine I would be the one learning how to make it! 🥰 I’m walking away from this experience so fulfilled with Spanish cooking knowledge & the confidence to try new things! This is a must book in Mallorca! Book solo, with a group, as a couple or a family! You will not regret it

This cooking class was a highlight of our trip and a must do when in Palma de Mallorca. The space was adorable and Vivian was an amazing teacher and hostess. We learned so much including how to cut onions without crying. The food was excellent and the recipes easy. I can’t wait to try them at home.
