First of all, I sincerely apologise for the misunderstanding with the other driver for what concern the air conditioning. You need to know that it's our priority to torn on the air in the vehicles,
a) for the comfort of our clients,
b) for safety resons, keeping the air on riduce the spreading of bacteria.
I can only assume that the driver must have misinterpreted your requirement. I can ensure that I will investigate and find out what happened.
As far as the payment is concern, for privacy reason I can't publish the email between you and the office, please go and read the e-mail of the 18th of april at 19:45 local time, in which you have been tald that it was possible to pay the same day in euro cash.
In any case, all of you where up very early, in order to get a car at 03:00am, and is normal that perhaps some of you where a bit tired and confused.
