Föraren (har aldrig presenterat sig själv så jag vet inte namnet) och Naxos Luxury transport var trevliga och tillmötesgående men det här är inte riktigt en "tur" enligt min mening. Det är mer en åktur till platser, med väldigt lite information, som du enkelt kan ta dig till på egen hand. För mindre än 1/10:e av priset kan du hyra en bil och köra till samma platser och mer - enligt ditt eget schema. Föraren kan inte guida dig till de historiska platserna, han ger dig helt enkelt en tur dit. Dessutom kan platserna på den föreslagna resplanen stängas, läs de andra recensionerna. Jag tycker att det är falsk reklam när du registrerar dig för att göra något men sedan får höra att du inte kan den dagen. För att inte tala om att de måste få i uppdrag att ta dig till turistfällor som keramiktillverkaren, olivoljapressen och destilleriet i hopp om att du kommer att spendera pengar där. Stor besvikelse. Gör dig själv en tjänst och hyr en bil, njut av den enkla och vackra bilresan, se saker bekvämt från framsätet enligt ditt eget schema. Du kommer att få se och göra mer för en bråkdel av priset.

We would like to address the specific issues that you mentioned
First of all ensuring timely service is too priority for us , we apologise for the confusion with the pick up directions as your accommodation were to a place with no car access , but this issue resolved as quick as possible with the communication with our driver who took the initiative to introduce himself to you from the very first greeting with you , you have also personal communication at WhatsApp (communication application )and you referred him with his name . as a gesture of goodwill we extend your tour almost by 1h and 20m

About our provided services
We provide as you arranged
a tour with a local guide
Not with an official certificate tourist guide
Local guides are not allowed to participate in tours inside the archeological places as there are already certified tourist guides inside and make your experience more enjoyable and valuable , however our drivers are experienced and always they give you a small brief introduction on the way to the site about the archeological site about its history
We are sorry about the fact that some places opens in later dates ,but this is something we could not possibly control it
In your criticism you referred that “ we must , maybe commissioned from
Tourist trap places”
We you like to remind that we followed the arranged program
In traditional pottery in damalas village you
Were demonstrated a traditional artwork
Of “sfouni” a traditional Naxian vase from clay
And also demonstrated “the Cup of justice”
How it works and the history origin of it plus some other artworks from several
Materials
Nobody forced you to
Spend a single penny extra to buy a souvenir
After we’re visited the village chalki and the famous distillery of our local drink “Kitron”
You visited with some guidance of the personnel inside the exhibition the origins of this drink and how that make it plus the fact that you make several drink tastings without of course any charge
We also visited the olive oil press museum in kaloxilos village were you demonstrated how was the traditional way to make the olive oil
In previous decade
Plus you make food tasting with several type of olive oils and olives and candies
Nobody forced you to pay a single penny for souvenirs
Also our driver/ guide take you to several villages for small walks to see magnificent views
Photo stops , a lot of photo stops
All those were according to our scheduled/arranged plan
If you believe that this service doesn’t worth the value of the money it’s is your personal opinion which is totally respected but is misleading or providing false statements and this is not fair for our efforts .Renting a car service is something completely different and personal option
So no need to explain further or compare the differences between those two completely different services.

Vangelis was a great tour guide. He took us to all of the important things that you should see in Naxos and provided us with lots of great information and great photo opportunities and went out of his way to ensure that the experience was what we wanted. Highly recommend Naxos Luxury Tours which we found on Viator. The restaurant he recommended was fabulous.

2 out of the 6 attractions on the tour were not available to us. Viator is a 3rd party site that doesn't give you all of the details and we were basically told "too bad".

Good evening! This review it is not at all fair to us. Initially your problem was that the temple of Demeter, a point of interest on the island, was closed and then you had to pay in the places where there was an entrance! Both of these are recorded on our site that every Tuesday the temple is closed and that the amount of 4 euros per person must be paid for their entry into it. Α ticket was issued by viator which was exclusively for the booking confirmation. You thought that with this ticket he would have free entry to the museums. This is not mentioned anywhere. On the contrary, it is clear on our website that you have to pay extra if you want to enter the museums! You completed their tour normally and went to all the points of interest included in our tour! Therefore we consider it unfair for you to make a review.

Thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Naxos! Our ferry was delayed, so we started late and many sites were closed. We felt like we were still able to see a good chunk of Naxos and learned a lot from our amazing guide!

Vangelis went over and above all expectations! He was very knowledgable about the area and showed us a very good time. This was a special trip for my family, going back to the birthplace of their grandfather/father. With the help of Vangelis, it was the tour of a lifetime!

Great tour that really gave us a feel for the island! We saw, experienced, and tasted so many things. It was truly wonderful. A definite must do if you don’t want to rent a car and have a limited amount of time on the island. We loved our tour guide. He was friendly and knowledgeable!

Enjoyed our tour of Naxos with Vangelis, who had lived on the island all his life. Enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the small villages in the mountains and our lunch in the lovely village of Apirathos.
