Terrible experience booked this for my girlfriend’s 21st birthday just to show up at 6:00 and there end up being no one there. trip cancelled

Terrible experience. I booked the day before for 6:30am cruise and received confirmation. Arrived at pier at 5:30am for 5:45 sign-in. Called and left message at a few minutes after 6am inquiring where staff was. No returned call even after 2 days. I then find email thereafter that was sent at 2:41am stating cruise was cancelled due to not enough people. A sunset cruise or refund was offered. Who surfs their email at 4:30am for a cancellation when you received confirmation the day before? I am still waiting for response of my refund and asking to refund the cab fare I paid to get there. I will not use this company again or recommend them. I am a flight attendant and we fly there quite often.

Gorgeous views. The crew was fantastic and the food was great. Such a great experience - highly recommend as a must do when visiting the Waikiki area.

The scenery was beautiful and the breakfast was great! The crew was very friendly. We booked the sunrise cruise but got bumped to a breakfast cruise later in the morning due to no one else signing up for the sunrise. Still enjoyed the experience very much.

We didn’t get to attend the sunrise cruise as it was canceled with no explanation. We were however given the option to attend the sunset cruise, which is what I’m rating. The staff was great and the food was good. Didn’t enjoy the BYOB part.

You did not need to elaborate, and we complete understand your disappointment. When it comes to the decision to cancel a trip, we do not take it lightly. Our process makes every effort to take all factors into account, including the fact that tourists, such as yourself, do not have the flexibility to reschedule. That said, we allow as much time as possible for minimal passenger requirements to be reached, or the weather to clear, in an effort to get everyone out on the water. Unfortunately, this leaves us exposed to valid criticism such as yours when we do have to cancel a trip with only a few hours' notice. We tried very hard to get the trip in and we apologize for the inconvenience that the cancellation caused. If you are back in Honolulu, please give us a call and we will make it up to you.

Simply amazing

Simply put….this was beyond amazing. We actually booked the breakfast/sunrise cruise but (fortunately for us) they had to cancel….but complimentarily upgraded us to the dinner sunset cruise which we set up for a few nights later. We seriously lucked out. It was a beautiful night and the food was realistically one of our favorite meals in Waikiki. The staff from the captain, the chef, and the servers were all very welcoming. There was no alcohol, but it was encouraged to bring your own. Please please please book this and have a great time. Music was great also! Book the dinner cruise if you can. I’m sure the sunrise breakfast was great too. Also…probably would be best to bring either a light jacket

In my opinion, the Sunrise Breakfast and the Sunset Dinner are the two best times to be on the ocean in Hawaii. They are totally different vibes but equally amazing and worth experiencing. Thank you very much for the nice review! Our breakfast cruises are the only ones operating in Honolulu and they are kinda little "hidden gems" for people who want a unique Hawaii experience. The Sunrise Breakfast Cruise is my favorite trip!
