This tour was absolutely incredible! Dora was one of the best tour operators we’ve ever had and we’ve done many tours. She picked us up at the cruise port after sending us a map on where to meet her. She was there holding a sign and ready for us. Her van clean and comfortable. She gave us historical information as we travel to Olympia. She then took us to the Magna Grecia olive farm and winery. It was incredible! We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything but we did because it was amazing product (the ship). We had a tasting and lunch as well. We then went to Klio’s Honey Farm. Dora told me that it was a totaly different experience but equally great, and she was absolutely right! It was so incredible and we had a wonderful. Kilo told us all about her family history and working a honey farm. It was great! We then did a quick stop by a little beach, close to the port to check things out and then headed to the ship. I cannot recommend this tour enough! Dora (the Explorer!), thank you so much for making our time in Olympia the best! You are an incredible tour guide and an even better person!

Olympia was great but wish we had more time there. The olive oil farm and honey farm were so awesome……..surpassing our expectations! The best part was Dora! She was so sweet, friendly and knowledgable! We can’t imagine a better experience and Dora was at the heart of it!

We booked through viator, and the bus housed 15 people I believe, making it less than carnival excursions. Dora allowed us to customize our day - two people were allergic to bees so we skipped the bee farm.
Honestly, this was our favorite port because of this excursion. Dora is so knowledgable, and she took us to a great hole in the wall place for authentic Greek food. We really felt like we got a Greek experience with her. Additionally, the winery she took us to was incredible. We kinda dreaded it because of the “sales” pitch we knew was coming, but the winery’s ethics are amazing and their product is bar none. We all walked away with so many goodies we bought! (Speaking of which, I need to order more garlic olive oil). I really recommend contacting Dora and seeing if some others on your cruise want to join to lessen the cost!

Dora was amazing! She took us to places we thought we wouldn’t enjoy, but we LOVED the Bee Farm! Our tour at Olympia was informative and amazing! She took us to eat the most amazing authentic Greek food and then to a beach where we got to soak our toes a minute, but we were a little nervous to stay because we had to get back to our ship. It was a great day, and Dora took such good care of us! We loved it!

Our family of 8 went on a cruise with a stop in Katakolon. I picked the tour because of the positive reviews. And they were not wrong. Prior to the tour i made a request if we can bring a non motorized wheelchair for Mama and Dora arrived in this big nice Mercedes van where we were able to fit the wheelchair. Dora let us pick where and what we can do on our tour. We also requested a private guide to accompany us inside the ruins and it was a big plus. Aristea gave us just the right amount of history about Olympia which we were able to relate to when we visited Greece later on our cruise.
If you are looking for a private tour in Katakolon, chose Dora!

Excellent tour, with an excellent tour guide (Dora). We were taken to Olympia and an olive farm/winery. We would have done more, but we were all on a cruise ship, and timing did not permit it. It was a great experience and represented excellent value for money. I highly recommend Dora!

She is very knowledgeable and her vehicle is very clean, new and as pictured.
We enjoyed going to Olympia, followed by a olive oil tour. We wanted to have lunch in that area as she suggested a café that had great Greek food and delightful hospitality
