Uppskattade verkligen Sergio och all historia han delade om Rio. Vi såg mycket under denna turné! Jag skulle rekommendera att inte gå på en måndag eftersom museer och vissa restauranger är stängda. Allt vi provade var utsökt men önskar att det fanns mindre godis och mer salta alternativ. Ändå var detta min absoluta favoritturné i Rio.

My husband and I got to Rio a day before our group tour was starting and decided to spend it eating the local foods. We expected a group of 6 or 8. Turned out to be just the 2 of us and Camila, our fabulous guide! We walked somewhat and sampled local treats. Since it was so hot, Camila got Ubers on a few of the excursions to get us from point A to point B. We started at 11A, and got back to our hotel around 5P! A full fun day! Not only did we see different neighborhoods and sample different foods, but Camila is a font of knowledge. We highly recommend this tour if you have a day to kill and like to eat!

OMGosh, this was a most amazing tour. Camila was the best guide we've had. The food was great and the sites she took us to were fabulous. So knowledgeable and her English was perfect. She was so much fun, felt like family at the end of our day!!

Food tour AND walking tour!

Our guide was on time and the meeting spot was easy to find. We were able to see so much of Rio including Copacabana, taking the subway to Lapa, and Santa Teresa. It was a food tour combined with a walking tour! Camila was wonderful and is a wealth of knowledge. Take this tour! Plan to spend about 6 hours and come with an empty belly.

We had an amazing day with Camilla. She met us on time (actually early) and we started out the tour in Copacabana. Right away we were whisked into some delicious food options that were local. Camilla took us to places she regularly eats and taught us about how she lives locally in Rio. The rest of the day was tremendous, we ate wonderful food and hit so many highlights in Rio including Santa Theresa (took the trolley, saw the steps, ate local food, drank local beers), to central (library, monastery, more food). We were amazed at everything we had the chance to see in such a short window. Our trip was an amazing food tour (come hungry!!!) and an amazing culture tour. Camilla took care of everything - buying the food, arranging transport, etc. This was a no stress, BEST TIME!! You absolutely want to book this tour.

This was the highlight of our Rio trip. Our guide was Eva. She was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. We got a great tour of the city and got to try tons of yummy foods. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Rio for the first time and do it at the beginning of your trip, it will enhance your experience. Ask for Eva!

We also had Sergio, what an amazing tour guide, he picked the 4 of us up at our hotel where we joined 1 other couple - so it was a very small group. Sergio is super knowledgeable and has more information and places to go and see and eat than we would have time for in just one day. I think he did an amazing job showing us the city and introducing us to foods that the locals eat - where as tourists, we probably wouldn't have thought to go. It's not all about the food, it's also a view into the buildings that the tour buses drive by - we got a chance to get into those places and see the insides. What a great way for us to end our vacation in South America - THANK YOU Sergio!

Great food tour of downtown Rio

Sergio was terrific. One of the beat food tours we have ever been on. We felt safe with him and he met all if our expectations. Highly recommend this tour for anybody that can walk approximately plus 4 hours with tasting breaks along the way. Interesting taste of local food with Sergio providing interesting history of area.

This tour turned out to be different from what was in its description but it was actually much better. Our guide Sergio was wonderful and very informative. We did an extensive tour of the central and waterfront area (I think we walked 4-5 miles over 6 hours). The food snacks were spaced perfectly throughout the day and we had plenty to eat. We learned a ton about the area and history of Rio. We were constantly amazed by Sergio’s knowledge and energy. Truly a delightful man. I would highly recommend this tour especially the one given us by Sergio.
