Turen startar från "Gamla hamnen i Fira" som endast är tillgänglig med linbana 6 € / per väg (avgår var 15:e minut) eller genom att gå nerför trappan (30 minuters promenad). Mötesplatsen är på "Santo Star"-kontoret i den gamla hamnen. Vi förväntar oss att alla kunder kommer 30 minuter före avgångstiden.

Ta dig själv till den gamla hamnen i Fira på Santorini och gå ombord på båten för resan till Santorini-vulkanen.

Vid ankomst, gå i land och följ din guide på en promenad längs vulkanstigen, medan de ger bakgrundsinformation om öns geologiska underverk. Fortsätt till vulkanens topp (extra entréavgift), njut av den vidsträckta utsikten över detta överjordiska landskap.

Efter att ha återvänt till båten är nästa stopp ön Palea Kameni, hem för varma källor. Det finns tillräckligt med tid här för att simma till det termiska vattnet och njuta av deras helande egenskaper.

Definitely worth the price

This was such a great trip for the price. Perfect amount of time to see the two sites. The unfortunate part was we went during not so good weather. It was cold and insanely unrelentless winds that made the boat trip a bit scary but we were in good hands with our great crew and we felt safe. It was nice to have a mini guide of the volcano to give us background info about it and plenty of time to explore. I didn’t get to enjoy the hot springs because of the cold and intense winds but others did and said it wasn’t so hot but it was nice.

Thank you very much to the captain who returned my handbag that I left on the boat for your honesty and kindness. It had my passport, cash, credit cards, car key, house key and I wouldn’t have been able to return home today if it wasn’t for you! I enjoyed the tour, although I didn’t do the swim in hot spring as the water was too cold. I’d like to return to Santorini in the summer and join this cruise again.

Excellent value for boat ride and tour to 2 sites, the volcanic crater and thermal waters. Tour guide was knowledgeable and accompanied group to crater. Presented story and background of volcano in interesting, informative way and provided clear instructions on times to return to boat. Path down to meet tour boat is littered with donkey poo. Recommend taking the cable car on return journey.

Great tour, our tour guide was very lovely as she explained rhe history of the Santorini volcano. The whole excursion was very well planned and they gave you enough time to get pictures at all the best spots.

The experience is absolutely unforgettable! We embarked on the boat wary of the blanket of fog that covered the sea, obscuring any hint of the islands. Yet as we arrived at the volcano, the fog cleared and gave way to a stunning view of the town of Fira sitting atop a cliff on one side, and a vast body of volcanic rock on the other. The entry fee to the volcanic island was 5 Euros, but the experience was invaluable. The tour guide provided us with abundant information on the history of the Minon volcanic explosion, formation of Santorini, and theories behind the connection to Atlantis... Initially I was wary of receiving a lecture like in a classroom during a holiday, but it proved to be the most interesting lesson I ever had! The hike along the path and sights of islands beyond the horizon projected the impression of a prehistoric world. The highlight of this tour was undoubtedly the swim to the hot springs. Taking the plunge into the waters of the Aegean Sea was as breathtaking an experience as I have ever had. It had been a few years since I had last swam at all, but I reasoned that I could not miss out on this opportunity. The swim paid off, the only regret being that it was too short. This tour is totally recommended for an unforgettable experience at Santorini!!!

went end of march 2024 for context, nice boat and great tour guide, volcano climb is very challenging you need very good foot wear and plenty of water and good health and fitness is a bonus if not it is very tough, amazing scenery and tour guided is very well informed on history and science, the hot springs swim is probably only best in hottest temperatures as end of march even with 20 degrees heat water is cold and hot spring is the same more or less, overall price is worth the experience we paid £22 each, please take cable car down to port not the poor tortured donkeys who probably take 30-34 mins, cable car 6 euros per trip so 12 euros each return, entry to volcano was not active due to preseason travel but will be 5 euros so total per person will be 25euros boat ride with guided tour with 12 euros cable car travel return with 5 euros each for volcano entry total 40 euros max total experience, views and pictures are amazing, water and fish are beautiful and sunny skies and islands are breathtaking!!

DO NOT MISS THIS!!! The boat is stunnnnning!! The ride to the volcano is so scenic only 20 min! Then the walk up to top of volcano is not bad. Kids adults elderly all did it! Gorgeous views!! Then boat takes you to the hot springs close by. We were there in March and sea was a bit cool but we still swam to the thermal waters. Swim is not far to do and such an unbelievable experience!!!

The Volcano tour was a good one time visit. You can smell some sulphur at the active volcano site, beyond that there isn't much. The challenge is to find the meeting location. There isn't any proper direction to the place and there is not any board with their name of the office "Santo Star Travel" to collect tickets

We had a great time with the volcano and hot springs cruise tour! The team delivering the experience was really nice and the boat was great looking and equipped with a bar with beverages and snacks (for sale). Arriving at the volcano a guided tour was provided, which was informative and really above and beyond our expectations. It was a decent hike, but doable. The hot springs are great, however the boat does stop a bit far from them and you have to swim about 70m each way to get to them. It is well advertised and not at all the tour's "fault", but worth knowing ahead of time - quite a lot of people in our tour didn't go because they couldn't swim well enough and the operator cannot help you if you don't make your way back. All in all a great experience that I'll definitely recommend

Jumping off the boat into the cold Caldera and then swimming to the springs was my favorite part of the trip! So rejuvenating! The actual boat ride was beautiful, I could have stayed out there all day!

Had tons of fun. The scenery was beautiful and you get to swim to the hot springs. They give you a float which helps if you’re not the best swimmer. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and gave us a nice history about the volcano. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
