      Mycket bra trevlig och vänlig guide med god kunskap. vi gillade guiden och turen som ägde rum i en mycket bra atmosfär.
      Trevlig reseledare men bättre kommunikation från viatorn behövs

      Vår guide var mycket kunnig och turen var trevlig. Men hennes företag gav henne inte vårt ankomsttågschema korrekt och hon var sen på grund av det. Hennes företag skickade inte heller hennes kontaktuppgifter till oss och hur man träffades innan resan. Det var frustrerande när vi kom och inte såg guiden och hade inget sätt att kontakta henne heller. I slutet kontaktade jag reseleverantören via viator och de svarade. Jag tror att det finns utrymme för förbättringar när det gäller kommunikation på båda sidor. Totalt sett var guiden mycket trevlig och turnén var välplanerad.

      Guiden var fantastisk och Toledo är fantastisk. Researrangören var oorganiserad och dyr. Med lite ansträngning från turnéorganisatören kunde vi ha haft en mycket bättre upplevelse

      We absolutely loved this trip. The tour guide was amazing, and the car service was really good. The tour guide is really knowledgeable and there is a jewelry store stop in the tour with jewelers making jewelry in the store. Also, the jewelry was really affordable and make for great keepsakes and gifts. Again, just a great tour.

      I had no idea of the history Toledo before booking this trip. Such an important part of the history Spain. The city was awe inspiring, and our guide was a font of knowledge! Toledo is beautiful and the architecture amazing. I'm so glad we made Toledo part of our trip.
      Disappointed For The Price

      The views of the city was the best part. However for the price it a bit disappointing. The guide left around 2pm despite paying full day. For a personal tour and paying as much as we did it should have been first class when instead we got 3rd class effort. Today we did group tour to Avila and Segovia and for a fraction of the price it was much better. Either reduce the price or significantly improve the quality.

      Thank you very much for your coments, We are sorry that you consider our private service tour of Toledo, as medium in quality. You got the hight speed train round trip tailor made. Have a professional up-scalce local guide during 5 hours ( what it is shown on the booking information) in Toledo and have the opportunity to discover all Toledo during the day. Can't be better private service. The price of course has nothing to do with a group tour, but the service june nither. We apologige if the rate seams high for you, but private services are very exclusive. I keep to your entire disposal. Best regards

      Toledo is a magical city. A quick ride from Madrid and well worth the visit. The tour guide was full of knowledge and historical information, which was wonderful. The only downside was that her accent was quite strong, so some people could not understand everything. I'd definitely recommend the trip. The cathedral may be the most magical one we've ever seen.

      More of a Car tour than anything local

      Tour was ok. Remember, the 5 hr tour includes the 1 hr to and 1 hr from Madrid. Hence, you only get 3 hrs and the driver will show you the panoramic tour and then just drop you off on your own to walk one end to the other, and meet him at the other side. There is no guide or anything inside the town, and this is basically just a car service, at best.

      Toldeo Half Day Private Tour - Recommend!

      We had to change our plans in Madrid about a week before our trip and were able to secure this tour. We felt very lucky that we did. We were picked up from our hotel in a luxurious BMW and drove to Toledo. We had a wonderful tour around the interior of the city on foot after a tour around in the car. We felt that we had the "insider's" experience. We then were driven back to Madrid and had lunch at a "locals" restaurant recommended by our tour guide. Great experience - highly recommend!

      Great tour make sure your guide stops the taxi by the bridge to the Jewish Quart for a great photo opportunity. It does get crowded with tourists, but you can backtrack by side streets back towards Jewish Quarter and avoid the crowds. Our guide was excellent and we had her for ourselves that day.

      My family of five had a wonderful time on our day trip to Toledo. Driver was on time, friendly and helpful. Our tour guide spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable about the area! Thank you for a terrific tour of the city of Toledo! We wouldn't have missed it and would happily recommend this tour to other travelers!!!

      We enjoyed this tour -- our guide, Juan, was extremely knowledgeable and gave us the history of Toledo in the context of the history of Spain. We would never have known what to see and there's quite a bit here -- from amazing cathedrals to El Greco's home. There is a fair amount of walking up hills and around charming side streets so wear comfortable shoes.

      This was a great tour -- our guide was incredibly knowledgable and we had a great time with her. The train ride was fun and we were able to have some free time on our own after finishing the guided part of the tour. We had a little communication problem regarding our tickets and their delivery, but were able to work it out and appreciated that Viator didn't let us down. Everything went very smooth after that and we would certainly use Viator again. We were so pleased with the quality of the guide. We actually ran into her the next day at the Prado while she was leading another tour!

      Our guide gave us a panoramic tour first then took us throughout Toledo. She was very informative and made learning about the history of the area very interesting. It was a beautiful city with a rich history
