Vi var supouse att ha en "privat rundtur"; Vi var tvungna att vänta 30 minuter i det kalla vädret innan vi kommer in i vingården. och hämtningstiden (kl. 13:30) ger dig inte tillräckligt med tid för lunch

Vacker utsikt och en magisk dag ute

Vi valde att uppgradera till den privata turnén, eftersom vi var det enda paret på turnén. Det var definitivt värt att uppgradera för att ha planet och fordonet för oss själva. Piloten och föraren var båda mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma. Dagen var magisk och utsikten var fantastisk. Vingården var lysande, återigen mycket privat, och provningarna var mycket generösa och informativa. Vi älskade den magiska dagen vi hade. Det enda som är värt att nämna är att flygplanet inte är som det visas på annonsen, även för den privata turnéuppgraderingen. Vi hade ett mycket äldre plan, och det fanns inga bubblor på planet som det står i annonsen.

Detta var på min årsdag! En av de bästa upplevelserna vi hade. Denis vår pilot var mycket artig och förstående. Han förklarade alla detaljer mycket noggrant och gav oss också tid att utforska mer. Inga problem eller obehag under flygtiden. Det var fantastiskt. Nick var också mycket hjälpsam och snäll att erbjuda mig några tillägg för att göra denna upplevelse mer speciell. Han var bara ett samtal bort. Vår förare Stan gav oss en mycket bekväm upplevelse. Överlag rekommenderad erfarenhet med detta team. 10/10

Inställt på grund av vädret

Avbröt i sista minuten, tydligen på grund av vädret men det regnade inte bara lite kyligt ute. Mycket besviken fick inte gå eller få en återbetalning. De sa kan använda nästa år men här för en konferens har inga aktuella planer på att återvända så bara ut månaden.

Hi Pascal, thank you for your review. We had caught a snag on one of our larger aircraft which was reserved for your large party which is a safety concern so we had to put it into maintenance. Unfortunately, our other aircrafts were fully booked for the same time. We understand your disappointment however, we did our best we could under the circumstance to try and accommodate with different timings however since you were only visiting Toronto for a short period of time and hence the re-schedule did not work out. Unfortunately, certain things are out of our control and safety is our utmost concern so we strive to accommodate our clients the best we can. With more than 6000 flights since 2017, our safety record is impeccable and no one-star review will change that. We are sorry we inconvenienced you despite our numerous attempts to accommodate you. We hope you return and experience the five-star experience that our clients are accustomed to.

Efter en mycket försenad start på grund av ett tekniskt problem hade min bror och jag en mycket minnesvärd och trevlig dag. Personalen var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam, och jag planerar att göra den privata turnén igen med min man någon annan gång.

Did the upgraded private tour version of this experience through iFlyTOTO that included a flyover by Niagara Falls. It was a fun experience. Alyssa took care to make sure my proposal went smoothly. Great staff at every point. Small delay in take off due to weather conditions but was clearly communicated. Great photo opportunities at the wineries and great service. Our favorite was the fly over the falls, amazing views. Be weary if you are sensitive to motion sickness as the plane ride can cause that. Brilliant experience overall and I recommend doing at least once in your life. Thank you iFlyTOTO

The plane wasn’t the one advertised, but we had a brilliant trip. The pilot was great, the views of Toronto and Niagra Falls were stunning. The wineries were excellent and we really enjoyed ourselves.

The views on the upgraded flight of the falls and CN Tower and horseshoe were wonderful. The landing was perfect. Not sure the private plane was worth the extra cost as the seating was very compact and I am only 5.9. The extra cost for the second tasting was worth it as the first tasting service was mediocore. The private luxury vehicle to the vineyard was great but the ride was quick so not likely needed. Overall a wonderful day...

It was very disappointing , The plane advertise , was not the one we were on , they put us on a plane that we barely fit , the head set didn't work So we couldn't communicate. There is so much things I would like to say ,but is to long. So I will say this is not good it all

Upgrade your aircraft

Pilot was very polite and friendly. Aircraft is nothing like the pictures on the website. We chose a private flight and the inside of the aircraft was ancient. Reminded us of a European car from the 70's which made us feel unsafe. It wouldn't cost much to renovate the inside of the aircraft, maybe fix the hole in the door or glue the broken exit sign. The most frustrating thing is that we booked this tour for our anniversary based on the pictures on the website which had nothing to do with the aircraft we boarded. An agent called us a day after and when we brought this up they offered us a voucher for 10% off to be used by October. It goes without say that we will not be using this voucher. Please update your website so people know what they're paying for.

As a commercial operator we abide by very strict Canadian Air Regulations governed by Transport Canada and there is no compromise on safety as our aircraft are maintained to that latest standard. The pictures on the website are not that of the aircraft you flown as you had selected a different package and we can appreciate where the confusion came from and we apologize for any misunderstanding on that. We have taken note of some the interior remarks and we will certainly look into it and address them. Poorly put together

The plane ride was really nice, however it was poorly put together. The times were messed up. We did not get a limo like the picture, we got a short bus. We were not told other people would be with us, 4 other people. With this covid virus, we should have been warned.

Thank you for your review, With the way the wineries are operating they are only allowing a limited number of visitors and they sometimes change the times to accommodate the visitors. We apologize for the change two days prior. We did reflect it in the ticket and the reminder we send. Also for reference, and as clearly stated when you purchase the ticket that this is a group flight in a group of eight. You have the option of upgrading to private. You can let Viator or ourselves know and we will be happy to accommodate. We do not use the limo but rather a 14 seater limo bus to support social distancing for a group of eight. In terms of safety, we have taken all the precautions necessary for everyone's safety. We disinfect the aircraft before and after every flight, we temperature check and have a health questionnaire for all visitors and masks are mandatory in the terminal and during flight. We hope to have you again on one of our other excursions to give you the five start experience that everyone is accustomed to.

This tour was amazing and getting there was different and saved a ton of time and parking...The tour itself was alot of fun and our pilots were great as well as the driver. Beautiful scenery!

Auf unserer Beschreibung der Tor stand, dass der Hin und Rücktranspot inbegriffen ist. Das Taxi, das wir hin und zurück nehmen mussten hat uns doch einmal 150 Euro gekostet. Das Flugzeug war über 30 Jahre alt und für 2 Personen hinten gar nicht bequem. Von der Tour ansonsten waren wir sehr begeistert.
