Hi Pascal, thank you for your review. We had caught a snag on one of our larger aircraft which was reserved for your large party which is a safety concern so we had to put it into maintenance. Unfortunately, our other aircrafts were fully booked for the same time. We understand your disappointment however, we did our best we could under the circumstance to try and accommodate with different timings however since you were only visiting Toronto for a short period of time and hence the re-schedule did not work out. Unfortunately, certain things are out of our control and safety is our utmost concern so we strive to accommodate our clients the best we can. With more than 6000 flights since 2017, our safety record is impeccable and no one-star review will change that. We are sorry we inconvenienced you despite our numerous attempts to accommodate you.
